Arby's has a night time only buy one get one for $1 deal. The night crew at this location refused to honor it, despite having two yard signs advertising it, even after I pointed out the signs to them. Really rude.

Only giving one star because I can't give less. First, after I ordered, was told they didn't have Coke. Then, I was served a Beef n Cheddar without the red sauce. When I brought it back to the counter to have the situation addressed, the MOD told me that they no longer served it with red sauce at that location u less it was requested because some customers didn't like it. I explained that the purpose of a franchise is that all the food is served the same at EVERY location and that the franchisee was not at liberty to just change that. The proper course of action is for those who don't care for the red sauce to order their sandwiches without the sauce....just like I order all my burgers with no pickle. Anyways, I would def avoid this location and with the fact I reached out to Arby's and asked them to contact me and in 3 days they have not, im thinking I'm avoiding Arby's in general for a good while

Unfortunately like many fast food places in Columbia this specific Arby's is following a trend. It was about 815 pm and there was not a single person in the drive thru, not a single person inside, I pulled up to the drive through was asked to please wait a moment. Proceeded to sit literally for 15 minutes and whoever was working I guess decided they didn't want to do their job that night. Such a disappointment as there are only 2 arbys in Columbia. I had to drive to the complete other end of town just to get my family dinner. What an absolute joke. If you don't want to do your job don't work in fast food absolute disgrace. I used to frequent this arbys because I live on that side of town. I guess they will no longer get my business but I know I am 1 person but I wonder how many people have also not gotten service from this location recently.
