Went thru the drive thru and ordered a "plain" burger (#4) and got a Burger made plain with tons of mayonnaise on it. People here are slow as well and will eat Infront of you while making your order.

Was there 10/8/24 dinner meal after a state teacher's conference. Great price for my meal. But the service is why I'm leaving a review. The young man that took my order, he said his name was Sawyer.He was outstanding, very polite and ready to serve. He was friendly, accommodating and spoke loudly and clearly. Great customer service.
They sent ice cold items to my house with no straw and no marina for my mozzarella sticks. It was expensive and inedible

The past 4 times I have been here I have asked for a jamocha shake. I have paid and gotten my shake and every time it has been vanilla, I have gone back and gotten a different shake and it has been vanilla again. I just want my jamocha shake. If I wanted vanilla I would go literally anywhere else.

Went to the drive through. One car at speaker. Waited probably 2 full minutes before dude says “hello” so I immediately went inside. There was one person waiting at the counter. It was a solid 2 minutes before the employee, who was standing 4 ft in front of him to greet him and take his order. 2 employees at 2 pm, both moving at the speed of smell.
This location is full of the sweetest people! They are so accommodating and take special care to make sure my food is as vegetarian as it can be while still getting the most for my money. The manager (short dark hair) is always so positive and has a smile on his face. I’ll return simply because the service and kindness is outstanding.

I’ve been to this location a handful of times now as it’s the closest one to my house. Today was the last time because there is always something wrong with the order. Today, I ordered a half pound beef & cheddar and received a roast beef meal. Very disappointing. Half of the food was cold, too.

Visited today, only 2 people working in the store,apparently they do not understand customer service and or request, asked for Arby's sauce (makes sense right), Marinara and Horsey Sauce, Nothing added... Food was luke cool, received 1 napkin for 2 sandwiches, mozzarella sticks and fries... If you do not have a tea mm to work a store then close it!!!! 2 people cannot run a store with this number of menu items!! I see now why other than a homeless man and myself in drive thru were the only people there!!! Unbelievable, truly unacceptable! And the food was inedible, disgusting!!! $20 down the damn drain
