We arrived at 1:40 for lunch and was turned away because they said they close at 2? They were only taking to go orders. We wanted to dine in. We could have had our pizza in 20 minutes…. We could have ordered before we even sat down but they turned us away. Very disappointed.

I hit my breaking point Arris pizza and bistro in Jefferson City mo. I realize you only care about the politicians from the Capitol for your business and your service shows that. So witch 1 would you be more mad about 20 min to get a drink ordered (to finally see a waitress) and it was not busy, Got your drink and salad quickly but the waitress sat with her friends for 30 minutes and didn't put your order in for 45 min then blamed the cooks on her incompetence, 15 minutes with no one coming to the table, oh it was 4pm and 8 people (customers) in the restaurant, that no one who works there is capable of seeing what goes on around them or that the people who ring up your food sale watches you walk out with zero questions as to why your leaving. If I am the person checking out and you don't come to see me I would have several questions. Like are you paying for dinner. Iam just done with you all. Service is just awful anymore

First time on location tonight. Nice place. Very clean. Good size portions. Fries were fresh and crispy and nice Greek Salad.

Very disappointed in our meal today. The food was not great and very overpriced. The waiter did not give us the accurate price for the salad bar which caused us to be over charged $25 for a disappointing meal Management would not honor the price he told us. We will not be back. We had travelled an hour to eat here for my husbands birthday and did not enjoy our meal.
