Today is the first time I have heard of Auntie Anne's. I thought I would give it a try, but after reading the comments, I decided this does not seem like someplace I would want to eat.

Went in to get pretzles but the ones I wanted would take a min to cook so I was alright with that, sat down and was never called for them and on top of it I could clearly see the lady that took my order slink away into the back and clearly saw her peaking back at me to see If I've left just the worst customer service I've ever seen in my life

Had to wait in pretzel dig for 10 mins just after opening they should have all products ready prior to opening
This location prioritizes the catering orders, rather than walk up customers. Many times we have gone while in the mall, and they have told us they can't help us because they have a catering order, or have a very minimal selection due to a order. Doesn't make for a fun experience, will find somewhere else to take the kids for a treat.

Gave me an already opened cream cheese. Tried to give my kids old, half-filled cups of cinnamon bites. When I asked for fresh ones (they were already out of the oven) they tried to give us half filled cups again. I asked them to fill the cups (???) and had 2 different employees give me attitude. How do they have 5 people working in that little store and all the food is old/already opened/half the portion you're paying for? Super unfortunate.

I stopped here at 5:58 pm with my family because my kids really wanted a hotdog pretzel. The lady working on Thursday (02/24) was not welcoming at all and seemed annoyed before we even ordered. After ordering our pretzel dogs, I asked if she could put Parmesan cheese on my pretzel bites, she replied “I can try” in a sort of annoyed tone. I told her that they do it for me all the time and she replied, “well we already put everything away”. I left without getting anything because I didn’t feel like I would be getting what I would be paying for. I hope she doesn’t treat everyone the way she treated our family.
