Overcooked day-old brisket. There was no stretch or or any moisture, just a brown dry slab. Pork was decent. There are six flavors of BBQ sauce on each table, if you are into sauce…I’m not.
Service was very kind and nice, but also very inattentive.

The food was good, but the service was terrible. It took us a long time to get our food. Customers that came in after us were getting their order and when we asked the waitress about our order she gave us an excuse that there was a large party before us. That would be a good reason for our food to take so long, but what about the customers that came in after us and they were getting their food timely?
