If I cud give this place no stars I wud! Absolutely ridiculous customer service if you’re going to live in America and run a business at least no how to communicate! I mean your customer service already sucks! Stood in line for ten minutes with one car in the drive thru that came after me and one customer inside in front of me til I walked out saying why wud I give this business my money. I’d drive to StLouis before I go there again!

It is sad to see how quality has gone downhill. My favorite has always been Rocky Road. I got two scoops and halfway through pulled out a long hair and the ice cream was freezer burnt to the point it was not edible. I took the ice cream back and was told I cannot get a refund!!!! It needs to go through an 800 number. I called the 800 number to be told the refund needs to be processed by the store owner. All this hassle to get my $6 back!!!! Just keep it, seems they need it more than I do.

Got the Dunkin munchkin bucket. They weren't very friendly and the donut holes were dried out and nothing like the photo. Disappointed to say the least.

Was in there like less then 30 minutes ago and The staff were pretty rude, laughing at any questions/concerns me, my wife and sister in law had No where on the board said the cones (like the sugar cone) was an extra $0.50 cents When the ice cream was in our bowl or cones we had the ice cream tasted slightly freezer burnt and spoiled Could taste the spoiled part and the cones were stale as hell like they were left their for a couple weeks at least without being replaced now Me, my wife, sister in law and my oldest child is sick now I wouldn't recommend and my wifes cone has a hair strain in the ice cream They also were not wearing hair nets or gloves I'm pretty sure they need we are not gonna go back at all

There were two people working, both wearing drive-thru headsets. We waited 5 minutes before finally being acknowledged. They were out of many flavors and mixed up the flavors of ice cream for the banana splits we ordered.

wWe tried to go here before it closed at 8 and they turned the lights off early and sat on the ground so we wouldn’t see that they were still there. Very disappointing…
