We have not been to BR in ages and this one was fantastic! Very clean, fabulous service, wide variety (way more than 31!!) and the same wonderful delish! Jason and Sam were patient and understanding while we taste tested the new flavors and were courteous and friendly when we finally decided. Not only will we be going back but we are telling as many of our friends as possible. Thk U BR mgmt for hiring exceptional staff!!!

Only have like 5-6 flavors and vanilla or cookies and cream are not one of them....dude who scooped my ice cream reached over it and got some on his shirt.... and the scoops were small as hell, don't know who runs the place but you need to do better.

I went there for the first time yesterday there was to women working one of them was serving me while talking to the other one yelling looking for her phone a simple order that took almost 15 min because the women took forever to scoop the ice cream and put it on the box because she was busy talking to her friend that was literally ridiculous I was tired and this women could not care less to take 15 min to scoop ice cream into a box I was the one person there also. The ice cream was great though it is said such terrible employees
Quite possibly the rudest customer service I have ever had. Was told "They had a lot of ice cream" and "They were not allowed" to list what they had in the case over the drive through. We were the only customers. I now see why.List the flavors you have outside then?

website says 8pm close, door says 8pm is closing...its 7:30 and their doors are locked and people are in the store and will not serve us. Get better employees that keep the store open till close, or management that doesn't close shop early and lose business...go get icecream at sonic or dairy queen, don't take your business here

They’ve been out of everything for over a year now. Staff is rude. Service is slow. Ordered a sundae today against my better judgment only to be given a small cup full of nothing but whipped cream. Don’t waste your time or money.

Staff were very friendly especially with especially with our grandchildren who loved every minute of it! The pistachio almond ice cream was fantastic! Every case was completely full of different flavors of ice cream!
