The food is amazing. The ladies at the front counter was amazing, treated me like family. The atmosphere is something I could enjoy sitting in for hours and not get tired of.

Really solid BBQ from an out of towner on the road. Brisket is lean and pork is juicy, both of which are my preference! Beans and potato salad are highly recommended. E at the register and the rest of the staff were welcoming and friendly. Highlight was the spicy BBQ sauce and chocolate cake (not eaten together 🤣)

The food was absolutely superb and perfectly seasoned! I had the brisket (which fell apart because it was so tender) and my husband had the fried fish. The sides were amazing and we'll absolutely be coming back or next trip through town. It is a very casual atmosphere with no pomp or circumstance.

P.S. Be sure to have the cake!!!

Some of the best BBQ and Soul food, period, not just in Columbia. We ordered two dinner plates for carryout with rib tips, brisket, mac and cheese, yams, okra, and cabbage, and a cornbread and slice of lemon cake.

The portions are generous and everything was fantastic! I didn't know I could love a cabbage dish so much. They clearly know what they're doing and put their heart and soul into this food, it's all amazing.

The staff was super friendly and we can't wait to visit again!

Catfish had too much of a lemon flavor and definitely was not fried up fresh! The guys counter was giving me a hard time for wanting extra tartar sauce! Nothing stood out horrible but nothing really stood out as far as wanting to go out of your way to go again!

I've been there several times in the past and it was as anyone will tell you amazing..... They're new facility or not so new now is clean spacious and modern. I only gave it four stars because they closed early. They've done that once before on me too and I don't appreciate it. It's cold I ride a bike I called up there she answered the phone and didn't say anything and hung up.... Not at all what I expected from that place. I'm not holding it against the restaurant mind you. I'm riding the rest of this review as though I did dine in this evening. Be sure to check them out at least once.
