We were greeted as we entered the restaurant and taken to a table. My wife stepped into the restroom and I proceeded to the table and began looking through the menu, as it had been a long time since I last visited a Bob Evans. As soon as my wife joined me at the table, the waiter, was there, almost instantly, to take our drink order. He promptly returned with our drinks and asked to take our order. As we ordered, my wife ordered dry toast, which somehow rarely ever gets done....

For a restaurant that offers breakfast, I was surprised at the quality of the food and the quantity of the breakfast menu. I would recommend adding a section on the breakfast side of the menu for individual items like a side of biscuits or toast, or eggs, or sausage links, etc. The atmosphere was cozy but the day and time I went was severely understaffed and the line was pretty long. I would go back for the quality for sure.
