Some of the staff are great. Others not so much. They have one staff member in particular, Camilla, that tempers with my daughter's belongings everything she works with her. each time when her back is turned. At 1st it started with snarky remarks and comments until my daughter started reporting her to management. Then it would be this employee moving items belonging to my daughter but today she stole a small item my daughter had underneath the register. Nothing is being done about this other than the manager on duty saying he would "speak to her about it". This has created a hostile working environment for my daughter. she was once very happy and excited to go to work each day but now dreads it everything she has to work with her because of how's she's treated and the lack of support from management

Was super fun as a kid for myself, as a parent now.. super disappointed that all the climbing area has been remodeled and made SO MUCH smaller. There's no area for kids under a certain age so our young children are getting beat around trying to climb by kids any older then 5. Games used to be fun and now they're to expensive to play. There's more rides then there is climbing to explore or games for families to enjoy. Will always return for some fun.. but will only be special occasions such as birthdays.

I've been going since they opened. Definitely has changed for the worst but will I keep going back? Yes because there is very little for kids to do in Columbia. Would bump up a star if they brought back a toddler area and allowed outside water. They denied me my water bottle at 8 months pregnant. I will never forget that.

I really like this place It's one of the very few places that has a play area that adults can play in to.But I do have some problems with this place.I don't like how you have to use a card to swipe it and play games.It was so much easier to just use tokensBecause I have to use a card it feels like it's a lot more complicated.But that's really how A lot of arcades are now unfortunately.I wish they would bring back the tokensI don't really like playing the games because of the cards being so complicated to use. I Also I miss the eyes on the Bonkers building understand they have to remodel it because that's what restaurants and other places do to keep up with time and I really do like the colorfulness it makes it stand out compared to other restaurants But I wish they would haveFound some way to keep the eyes on the building but keep the colorful Effect to.But I will say the employees that are really nice they gave me a couple tokens for free with the eyes on them.

Overall good fun experience. Great for those below freezing days to let the kids play and run off some energy. There does seem to be a shortage of managers, or they just don't answer their pages. Poor lady at the front had called for a manager repeatedly, and one just never showed up. Either help your employees, or promote them so they have the authority to do whatever it was you were supposed to do. Lady in the build-a-bear was a sweetheart.

Not worth the time or money. If you have kids under 5 go to Columbia Mall, its free. Spent $8 to get my 16 month old in only to find out there really isn't anything in there for her age. It would have been nice if the person at the entry desk had told us that. I do not recommend it for any child under 4 or 5.

The play maze and games are great and reasonably priced. The food is good, but a little high priced. It would be nice if we could bring in our own water/snacks.
Workers were trying to clean downstairs, but the play structure is pretty worn and could use a good scrubbing.

The claw machines are a straight rip off, the place isn't that big. It's a ok place. The best part I think was the rock climbing walls
