Great surroundings & ambiance. Would have to say that the sauces need a little work as opposed to proper French cuisine. However, the food was great & the service was amazing. Definitely worth checking out.

Very nice thanksgiving brunch. The prime rib and turkey were both moist and the desserts were excellent would have liked fresh bread or rolls they were store bought and not good. The food was also cold and they did not have mashed potatoes. It was a fair price also maybe next year they could have live music like a guitarist or harpist playing holiday music just an idea to elevate the experience.

Great French dishes. Didn't expect well executed authentic French dishes in Columbia. Highly recommend!

We've gone a couple of times. Once to try it out, and I wasnt blown away. The second time because it was the only brunch place with mother's day availability. This isn't a place I'd choose to go otherwise. The upper crust part is great, but the restaurant part is not.

Our daughter goes to school at MU so we have been here twice in past year when visiting and the food and service have been great!! Great wine/sparkling wine too. Last time we went we had just gotten back from Paris so was great having food with French flare and some macarons. Wish I could remember name of our waitress. Went in Aug and last fall.

Came here for the first time for mine and my husbands first anniversary and we loved it. Food was amazing, service was excellent, and the flourless chocolate cake was to die for. Definitely coming back again I would highly highly recommend

Just moved to Columbia and tried Brasserie for dinner last night. It was a very pleasant surprise. Definitely an upscale, big city restaurant. We had the Chateaubriand for two. The beef was tender and done as we requested and the sides were also done to perfection. Our appetizer and salad were also first rate. Had a great bottle of wine. Since we had already sampled the offerings from their bakery, we ordered dessert. WOW! The ladies that run this bakery are unbelievable. Their goods are delicious and creative. Our service was very good. Shelby, our server was wonderful. We would recommend this spot and go back again.... and again!

We went late on a Friday night and were unsure as the restaurant was empty. The service, food, and ambiance was excellent. We had the crab cakes, tenderloin for two, and the bread pudding. The crab cakes had a crunchy outside with a soft and tasty inside, it could have used better presentation as it was just on a clump of mixed greens. The tenderloin for two was great, and seemed like a bargain for the two of us. It was also nice to have the meal carved table side. Make sure you get the garden salad as it had a great amount of extra veggies.

We reviewed menu and wine online when making the reservation. We attempted to order 3 different Bordeaux wines from the restaurant's wine list, only to be told they were out of each one. After three attempts and a taste of yet another wine, which was unacceptable, we left and went to a different restaurant. We were very much looking forward to a good bottle of Bordeaux and a good meal, but that wasn't possible tonight.

My husband and I ordered the Chateaubriand for 2. The beef was delicious and I would definitely order it again. Two different sauces were delivered to the table to utilize and I liked the demi-glace the best. We started with the classic onion gratin soup and I thought it was definitely good but not exceptional. Our sides were the Parisienne Gnocchi and Cauliflower Gratin. Both average to above average for my taste buds. Okay... so the price was $50 for all the above. It was a BARGAIN! There was probably 40 ounces of beef for the Chateaubriand. We brought half of it home. My husband and I got 2 sides EACH which I did not realize when we ordered. The sides are also a large quantity. We went with another couple and they got the Ribeye and Scallops. Scallops were good. Ribeye (I did not try) but he seemed underwhelmed with it. Pros -quiet ambiance - Above average food for my tastings - Nice option south of town Cons -The table was too small for 4 customers. Especially with wine glasses, water glasses, bread plates, etc. We kinda had to jockey stuff around on the table. This was my first visit. I plan to try it again.

This is my favorite place in Columbia. Great service and food. We had tenderloin for appetizer and it's awesome. Salmon also tastes wonderful.
