Very yummy! My sister got the black tea latte which was like a less sweet version of a Thai tea. I got the passion fruit green tea with lychee jelly. It was sweet but not overly sweet. Great post dinner treat.

Boba was nice and chewy. Some drinks may be on the sweeter side so adjust your sugar level if you prefer less sweeter drinks :)

Bubble Cup Tea Zone is by far the best in COMO for a milk tea atm! Every milk tea I have tried here has been amazing and today after trying my first Match latte from here I've decided to give it a good review because more people need to give this place a try! Their fruit teas are refreshing and their grass and coffee jelly are a really good addition to add into their milk teas! All around the service here is quick and friendly and it's a great place to stop by if you're strolling downtown Columbia! (Also I mean the top of their milk teas are ADORABLE so if you're wanting a cute pic of your drink you'll get one every time!)

We LOVE this place. There are tons of options here. Whether it's fruity, creamy, hot or cold, they have them ALL! You can always adjust your sweetness if you don't want the standard flavor. The employees are always so chill and friendly! They also have another location in the south side of town. Highly recommend this place! ❤️

A small and busy boba shop in downtown Columbia. They have a variety of tea and slush flavors. They also sell a few other items like crêpes. Unfortunately, when I went, they ran out of tapioca balls. Overall, a very refreshing place to visit on a hot day.

Rushed over at 10 minutes to close so my daughter could get a boba tea for the drive home. When we opened the door we were told they were not taking any more orders. Very disappointing since closing time is listed as 8 and my daughter was really excited for a boba tea.

One of the worst customer service I experienced here. I am new to the area and wanted to find my new go to boba shop so I decided on this place as I work nearby. My go to milk tea drink is jasmine milk tea w/ 50% sugar but I forgot to tell them to put less sugar so it was supposed to be 100% sugar. First, when I taste my drink, it didn't have any sugar in it. If my usual drink is 50% sugar I would be able to tell if there was no sugar in it. Second, it has no tea flavor so it just tasted like water and milk. I get that some places just don't have a strong tea flavor and that's fine, but when I go up to the 2 Caucasian female workers there and let them know they forgot to add sugar, they immediately get defensive and say they already added sugar in it. It is hard to just add more sugar if it wasn't sweet enough? They didn't even offer a suggestion to fix the problem. I then ask them if they can just add some sugar since it's not sweet enough and they said they would charge me extra for it. They just didn't seem sincere or wanted to help me fix the problem at all. I gave them 2 stars bc my friends drink was fine and you can clearly tell there's sugar in it. I am really disappointed in the customer service here and haven't seen back since the 6 months I've been here. They lost a customer that would have otherwise came in multiple times every week.

The description on this website is incorrect about the vegan options. I asked the very friendly people at their counter which of their items could be made without animal products, and the short answer is: nothing. For their "dairy" items, the reason is obvious. For their "non-dairy" items, all of them are made with cow mild-derived nondairy creamer. When I asked whether the creamer could be held, they said yes, but all of their flavor powders are made with cow milk-derived casein. In order to get an animal-product-free item here, you'd have to get a creamer-free, flavor-free cup of plain blended ice with sugar in it. Everything here contains cow milk, and there's no way of modifying any item so that it doesn't. All the non-dairy items are lactose-free but contain dairy milk
The variety of flavors are enough to return for a flavorful treat especially in the warmer months. I give this establishment a 100%
