My go-to for bubble tea. Staff will help you pick a flavor if you aren’t sure what you’ll like, but my favorite is the Tiger Tea, with the perfect amount of sweetness!

They’re sick here, I’ve been to many a boba tea and this place takes the cake. My wife and I enjoyed the pleasurable ambiance of the crack head quarter machine while sipping on some terrific taro. These young people create plastic sealed magic, 10 out of 10 would buy again. Absolute juggernauts of the industry.

I would rather eat out of Wendy's dumpster. I ordered the Brown Sugar Latte, and to my surprise, it tasted like a freshly cleaned bathroom. It tasted like cleaner. There were just clumps of brown sugar. There was little to no boba, but the ones i had the misfortune of consuming tasted like tires. I also got an order of pork dumplings and super shockingly, they were burnt. I don't know what i expected from a boba tea shop that can't even serve boba correctly. I had the displeasure of eating all 7 of the incredibly burnt pork dumplings. I would have rather chewed on Jeff Bezos's foot callous. I think a deep fried rat would have tasted better. While I was ordering, the staff were incredibly rude, and I could tell they didn't wanna spend all day in the sweat shop that we've disguised as Bubblecup Tea Zone. With the lack of appropriate service, I wouldn't be surprised if they were being held there against their will at minimum pay. Those workers should be paid a lot more seeing the boatload of money I poured disaster of a restaurant. I spent 5.50 for the most mediocre Brown Sugar Latte. It's literally just brown sugar and milk. With 5 and a half dollars, i would've expected boba that is actually cooked correctly, as opposed to the mouthful of rubber i did get.

Everything was amazing! The drinks were absolutely delicious! I got the mango snow with mango popping boba! It also smells so good when you first walk in^^. The staff were very nice! Definitely recommend this place.

Ummmm I didn’t tip (I don’t tip places that don’t actually serve me — ofc I tip waiters but this is like Starbucks energy, I don’t think tipping is necessary) and I got an extra $3 charge, which in my first call to them they said was what I tipped them, but I didn’t tip them. It’s honestly really sketchy of the cashiers to have done that. I will be calling again tomorrow to sort this out.

The boba was mush and the drink consistency was like phlegm. I got a peach milk tea- they could not modify sweetness levels without sacrificing peach flavor.

A local business that I love to support! I got a roasted oolong tea and it was probably the best I have had! Staff was friendly and service was quick and excellent. I WILL be going back.

All of the staff were so patient and accommodating! They gave me recommendations on what to drink when I didn’t know what to get and were overall just so helpful! The food and drinks were also really good too! I loved the Taiwanese chicken!
