If I could give 0 stars I would. My receipt was kept by an employee after I had to go inside to get my food after waiting for 10+ minutes and seeing 4 other customers get their food and leave. We were told to pull forward and someone would bring it out. When I went in there I was told that they were trying to figure out where this bag of food was supposed to go. How are yall gonna tell someone to pull forward to the stairs and then forget? There was maybe 3 people inside eating

Not only did I have to wait in excess of 20 minutes in the drive through, my food order was wrong which was an extremely easy order. Fine got my food, ate. Went to do go for my drink and the drink was wrong.

My order was refused because of me speaking my mind about tax on a jr whopper before I could even pay was asked to leave definitely won’t ever come back again just bad customer service and rude managers an employees an my food was not made rite last time they kept something on I asked to be off

The lady with glasses working around 2pm at the window was extremely rude and didn't change something when we asked. The fries were barely salted and the churro fries tasted like chicken. The lady that came out to give us our food was nice though. I will not be returning to this Burger King after coming here once.

Then went in to get a replacement and the person handling everyone's food was sick and coughing and coughed on her hands then filled the fry container with the hand she coughed on with no gloves on. This place is disgusting
