I told her I was going to report her she laughed and said it wouldn’t be the first it was unbelievable I don’t know if she was mad they was busy all I wanted was fresh fries!!

Best Burger King I've ever been to. Ate here while traveling through but could not have asked for better fast food. 10/10 would stop here again. Bathrooms were clean too.

I notified the counter service attendant that I also had a pickup that I’d accidentally processed for drive thru, however had already placed pickup orders for counter pick up so inquired if I could also pick the drive thru order up at the counter instead. The attendant muttered and mumbled a lot of stuff but made clear when she said I needed to go through the drive thru to pick that part of my order up. She would not face me, and as I said, she muttered the other verbiage under her breath. She was very insulting in her aggressive mannerisms as well. When I finally picked up my food through the drive thru, the “manager” seemed surprised and apologetic, however I’ve seen these same two personnel behave this way in the past, except that time they aggressively bulled over the customer until the customer relented and gave in. I will never visit this Burger King again, but am in strong consideration of never visiting another Burger King again in the future if these two are not stopped. They are bullies to the customers, and that’s a terrible image for your already struggling company…

The morning shifts team absolutely sucks I placed an order at 9 am for breakfast at first I went through the drive-thru and the lady that was running the drive-thru she always works the morning shifts and is tall dark skinned with long black hair she also has an absolute disgusting attitude she's so rude anytime I come to pick up a door dash but today I went through the drive-thru to pick up my order and she told me to come inside I was waiting from 9:00 am to 9:40 for two burgers and two hash browns I watched three other people come in and order and leave and another person sat down and ate his food while the two guys and one short women on front counter talkingg it up about there outside lives not even making any food finally after 35 minutes the guys in the back that were cooking asked if they had a door dash order waiting the lady with the ugly attitude say oo idk after I told her not once but twice I had a pick up order I swear this lady and her team she has working needs to find a job some place else to first learn and understand how to accomplish a simp fast food order as well as some respect for others... Date is November 1st Saturday at well now 9:50. Smh will not be coming here any more
I was there with my daughter. She was playing in the play room with other little kids. Monique was great she came out during a break and chased the kids around and they loved it. She was wonderful. I had a pleasant experience there.

I came in recently, and may I say I have never met the rudest staff in my life, the cashier lady was absalutely rude and horrible, she needs retraining, this is no way to speak or treat a paying customer, I will never return again, if you want rudeness you'll find it here, I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place save your money and go else where.

Delivery order for Whopper, junior chicken, and chocolate pie. The pie, for which I was charged, was not in the bag and the junior chicken sandwich had nothing on it but the unrecognizable chicken patty between two buns. No lettuce, no pickle, no mayonnaise. The whopper which is supposed to be grilled had no flame roasted flavor at all.I doubt I will be back.

Ordering was a struggle to get kids meal fries subbed for apple sauce. Then the employee entered a combo twice, requiring a manager to clear one of them out. Then we get to the play place and the whole room doesn’t look like it has been cleaned in 3 years. The floor is black from grease from the dining area. Tables were dirty. I was scared to touch anything. When we got our food, the whole kids meal was missing. Staff addressed it quickly and politely, but this experience has been negative from start to finish. Probably not coming back to this facility again. It’s a shame, as this play place is massive and our kids love it!
