The only reason we went was to play on the play place and it was under severe maintenance with ceiling tiles down and play place roped off. We went to McDonalds just down the road.
Drive through manager was very friendly and joked around around

Update 2/8/25: Ordered 6 cheeseburgers on app for kids and I. Not a single one had Pickles?? If I could give this location 0 stars I would. Idk who trains these incompetent cooks for this location but the whole staff needs to be fired. This location is a joke!!!! If you eat here be prepared for missing items and things made however the person cooking them at that moment feels like making them.

Edit: I'm guessing it was just a really bad day for the restaurant as I attended a birthday party recently at this location and the experience was 100% better. I adjusted my rating accordingly.
The place was so dirty I almost slipped on the floor because someone spilled their drink and nobody cleaned it up. There were probably 12 cars deep in the drive-thru and tons of angry people inside either waiting on their orders or trying to get their orders fixed from the drive-thru. I placed our order through the app thinking I would be slick and get in and out, and I did, but our order was wrong. This location needs serious help.

Need to clean the play place
Had good fast service and we enjoyed the food. Ended up playing in the play place for 3 hours, but it really needs some love

Wouldn’t recommend, stopped while passing through and I would give 0 stars if I could. We sat in line for about 20 minutes and then when we finally got our food it all wasn’t in the bag. I have worked in the restaurant industry and my family owns restaurants, so I completely understand mistakes do happen. We realized after we got back on the highway and couldn’t just turn around so we called and asked for a refund on the food that wasn’t given to us but we paid for. Matt the manager refused and said we could turn around and he would get them for us. I personally feel like it is inconsiderate of our time to make us turn around and get something that we paid for and didnt receive when the charge just could’ve been refunded. We are also on a long car ride so the last thing we want to do is turn around for a mistake they made. A refund should have been offered. Like I said prior, my family owns many chains of restaurants and I am aware a refund is possible so I am a little taken back that Matt refused to offer that to paying customers. I would love to talk to someone above the manager I dealt with if possible. Thank you

The food is standard burger king. They don't take shakes off the delivery menu when the machine is turned off, and they will just not give you one and take your money unless you get your driver to say something.

After a long shift of work, my husband gets me a meal from Burger King! He ordered me an impossible burger with cheese and fries. The fries were not even halfway full, and the burger was not completely cooked! It's very upsetting that we paid money for a meal we had to throw away! Shame on your workers Burger King, know better and do better! Could have given my family food poisoning.

The lady's are always polite with me every morning I come by im a morning daily customer there services are always done in a polite manner I can't ever complain really sweet ladys
Even if they did get the order wrong it wouldn't be a big deal when you got polite genuinely great nice people that's what helps y'all's business out should definitely give them some recognition not with gift cards a party like some serious recognition I've been coming to this Burger King for a a good solid two years they deserve it for sure I've never had a problem with anything negative

36 minutes from entering drive-thru to receiving order. 3 cars ahead with similar wait. No customer cars in parking lot.
When I was given my order I said "I think you owe me at least an explanation.". Her reply was "For what?" I replied "fir waiting 36 minutes in the drive through for a burger & fries." She said. "oh. We're just slow"
I could have been seated, ordered and been served if I had gone to Country Kitchen next door.
