Staff was not interested in serving customers it seems. Drive thru orders were possibly thrown in the trash because literally nobody was getting any food. After waiting for 25 minutes, we finally demanded a refund. The manager or any of the staff didn't even explain what was going on or apologize.

you guys gave us a real good experience. ?we visited this morning, the staffs were kind. the biscuits were yummy, hash browns were crispy and those were in nice shape. we've never got like these well stacked up biscuit before.? thank you!

People were great, confirmed order and all. I have noticed the last couple times that the burgers almost seem to be in a way under cooked. Been more mushy and not really that warm in the middle of the patties. Hopefully gets better. Fries were bomb though!! ALSO HOT!!!Parking: Side, rear and front parking available. Easy to get in and out of the parking spots and entire lot.Wheelchair accessibility: Has your normal handicapped accessibility. No massive ramps easy-going sidewalk grade transition from parking spots to sidewalk.

Although I had to wait 12-minutes for my food, it was well worth the wait, because the bacon cheeseburger and fries ? were both good and still hot when I got to my location in town,( unlike the now terrible Steak & Shake down the road) which is why I recommend that everybody rediscover your nearest Burger King and they are in the newspaper adds.Kid-friendliness: Has a kids fun house inside of the building.Wheelchair accessibility: All doors are wheelchair accessible.

Went through the drive-through. Or order included an iced tea that was unsweetened. I asked for some artificial sweetener and I was told that they didn’t have any. This is the second time I’ve been told at that particular drive-through that they didn’t have any when I got home immediately called the manager, Joshua and he stated that they did have artificial sweetener. I told him he needs to retrain is people in the drive-through.

I waited an hour just to get my order wrong. I tried to be patient and wait and when I told them my order was wrong they just told me to "just be happy with it". I hope this saves someone their time and money.
