I ordered a waffle, it was cold. The waitress never came back once she delivered the food. It was hotter inside than outside. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was told no. The hostess said she would send our waitress, who then finally came to the table and rudely asked what the problem was. I will not recommend or go back.
Phenomenal. Not usually the type of place I would go to, but I enjoyed it very much. This is a must try if you're in COMO.
The food was wonderful
Delicious food and worth the wait!
We went for an evening musical event and had a great time. The staff were very nice and some of our food was excellent. I would probably stick to the items they normally have, as the special they had for that event was not the greatest.
Friendly service & accommodated us when we came in close to closing time. Had a wrap with veggies & tahini. It was enough for a meal & a half, so made a later tasty snack.
Delicious wholesome breakfast

This is a great place for breakfast or brunch. I always get the breakfast burrito with andouille sausage, covered in sausage. I do switch up between a large cinnamon roll or their roasted potatoes.
Most breakfast burritos I've had from other places are heavy on eggs and lack consistent flavor throughout. Café B's breakfast burrito is not like that. Good solid flavor throughout. Their roasted potatoes are simply mouth watering, and the cinnamon roll is a sweet treat big enough to share with the table.
We are always greeted at the door, the staff are friendly and always seem to be working hard to make sure every customer gets what they want and need.
I highly recommend Cafe Berlin for it's budget friendly and unique take on breakfast.

A friend and I went this evening, it was recommended by friends. There wasn’t a wait and we had gotten seated fairly quick. Sounds all good and dandy until we looked at the menu and saw that the side options were super limited to about 3 options. Waitress was very nice but the food is pretty mediocre. Sausages were not good scrambled eggs were odd and there was a random orange mush on the plate which was not asked for nor on the menu. The biscuit in the biscuits and gravy was very dry and hard. Overall wasn’t terrible but would not go again.

I visited Café Berlin with a friend on a Sunday. While the wait line was expected, we were told it would be around 20 minutes. Unfortunately, we ended up waiting for over an hour. I understand that wait times can vary, but the estimate wasn’t even close, which was frustrating.
On the positive side, our waitress was very friendly and patient. We asked if the eggs were pasteurized, and although she didn’t know right away, she made the effort to go to the kitchen and find out for us, which I appreciated.
However, the food was disappointing. I ordered the eggs Benedict, and even the English muffin had a sour taste. Overall, the meal was not to my liking, and unfortunately, Café Berlin is not a place I’d return to based on this experience.
