Overall experience 0 stars if possible. Multiple tables say after myself with larger parties and they were all served before my group. Being African American in an all white establishment I felt as if I was invisible to the servers. Water was never given although ordered same with appetizer. Very poor environment to go if you are not apart of the “majority”

came here for 1$ burgers, server chloe seemed like she hated serving the customers, took 30 minutes to get my tab and was ignored multiple times, i understand it was busy but i didn't even see her on the floor for at least 20 minutes. had to grab another servers attention to get her. service here is always trash. never come here for a good serving experience.

Do not pay with a card. We tipped in cash after questioning ourselves about tip amounts we had left previously. Found out it def was the staff adding the amount they wanted. Not only did we tip in cash but she added a 25% tip on the worse service we’ve ever had there. This is the third time in 2 months the tips were different than we left. Last week I stopped for a beer and she charged me $120. When I asked her to fix it she told me she didn’t know what the problem was, that the money would fall off in a couple of days. We’ve been going here for years but that may be coming to an end. Staff is not what they used to be!!!

They managed to make the water taste awful and service on their slow hour was not good. Large frat group got served before us and we (2 people) arrived 20min before them. Server Taylor also was not too nice. Probably won’t be back.
I called to place a pick up order and they said they were not doing pick up orders. Then I asked if I came in sat down and ordered could I get a to go box then and I was told they were not doing to go boxes either. No explanation what so ever. Gave 2 stars because the wings are really good, but kind of crazy can’t even get an order to go.

I highly recommend going here if you love saving money and love sports. I went here for the first time and order a quarter pounder burger with fries for only $2 plus taxes. I will definitely start going on here on Sundays because they have specials on Sundays.
