Have frequented this place since the day it opened...always,very friendly staff,very clean( it's obvious they go to great lengths,and take pride in this) their food is always awesome( not 1x in over 20 yrs have I not enjoyed every bite) I am a meat eater,but their beans and rice...( makes my mouth water thinking about it) add their hot sauce..that's a great meal in itself..their nacho plate..ya better be hungry!I wouldn't recommend it for lunch,unless your able to take an afternoon siesta!,if you can't tell....I cannot recommend this place enough..

Tried the Peruvian plate and the taste is absolutely amazing! I didn't take a picture but I also had the beef burrito with guacamole. The guacamole is creamy and gives a good flavor to the burrito. The overall experience was amazing. Stop by if you're around Columbia, worth trying this place.

They dont have queso.... so their nachos are literally covered with cold shredded cheese. I paid over 11 dollars for chips, cold shredded cheese, and warm shredded chicken. I will not be back.

Not a fan of their hours. Not open on the weekends. Difficult to get to but worth it. Their food has cilantro but you can ask for it to be without. I do love their burritos.
Dietary restrictions: They were able to make it the way I needed to accommodate for my allergies.

We were passing through Columbia on a road trip. We wanted a quick meal that wasn't fast food.Carlito's was delicious. I suspect there was a system malfunction as only tacos were available, the soda machines were not working, and they only took cash. Some obstacles are unavoidable. They handled it with excellent customer service and offering free cans of soda.The tacos were absolutely delicious. I would certainly eat here again for the delicious, fresh food and friendly service.

Overall, food is OK. But the annoyance with having to constantly GUESS when they decide to want to be open for business is too much trouble. Never open when Google says they are. What type of restaurant closes at 4 on a weekday? Ridiculous. Better off getting Taco Bell ?
