Although the people working here are very pleasant (they really are), it takes a very long time for 3 or 4 workers to make a sandwich. Every. Time. Even if there are only 1 or two other customers. It is as if no one has a plan to serve the orders in any kind of timely way. They only stock small amounts of bottles drinks that sell out in the first hour of lunch, so if you can't take your break until later, you have to settle for beverages, or go without.Additionally, as the only place to get coffee on this whole block of campus, the coffee is more 'water dressed in brown' as Ani would say, which is shameful because the local coffee brand served isn't as bad as Catalyst makes it. Extremely weak coffee. Coffee drinkers want to taste the coffee. We leave the building in groups and walk 2 blocks for better coffee several times a week. Catalyst has potential to do better.

Chip reader would not work, even though I had a new card. REFUSED service to me and was very rude. Even though I asked to try it again or if there was another form of payment We could try. Guy with glasses told me to just forget it. TERRIBLE. Please go somewhere else on campus because this place does not care about their customers!
Don't get the pasta salad or ceasar salad. They are distgusting and over priced! The grilled chicken is served ice cold. Go for the breakfast sandwhiches instead! Cheap and delicious!
