My husband surprised me by asking my brother and sister-in-law to reserve a table for four for my 70 th birthday. Keep in mind, they live in Ofallon but have frequented cc broilers many times with area family too.My brother Gale ordered the Gary Nolan steak. Yes, it covered his plate; he ate like a champ. My favorite was the stuffed salmon. The evening was so perfect at this place. My granddaughter wrote a blog showing the beautiful photos of the display of food.Parking: No problem. Drove right to a parking space.
Best place in Columbia to dine. Either alone at the bar or with friends. I come here all the time. Get the Godiva cake. It is fire.Aunt Jackie Oscar style with lobster mash potatoes and lobster bisque
A nice restaurant, but they're trying too hard to be nice while coming up short. The volume level alone will keep this place from ever being a top quality restaurant. The food is good. But again they go to excess and the quality doesn't match the pomp.
We had a most excellent experience the food was really really fabulous I had the Gary steak ask for it as soon as you get in the door they only have limited amount daily. Wife had filet mignon cooked to perfection waiter was awesome the decor was really nice really good experience
We didnt enjoy it as MUCH as the reviews indicated. That is just us. Service was great. Great setting. The food was good, but not what we anticipated.
Omg! What a wonderful restaurant! The servers were incredible and the food was delicious! I can't wait to go back!
The only good thing about Covid was we got to finally try CC with the carry out. Delicious, melt in your mouth steaks and their seasoned butter is good. I just don't like waiting 2 hours for a table but I can see why people do. Good stuff.
An upscale place like this is hard to find, but once found is hard to forget. Staff, cuisine, and drink choices are the best in the area. First time visiting and ordered the Gary steak, which I highly recommend. However you have to get there right at 5 and order it immediately, because it's a quick sell and entirely worth it. Just amazing.
Great service, wonderful atmosphere and fantastic food! Everything was over the top delicious and well worth the money!
CC's is a wonderful steakhouse. The sides are delicious. My steak is always prepared the way I like it. There's a good wine selection. It's a lovely restaurant.
My boyfriend and I came here during our last weekend in MO. This place is actually pretty good! The steak Sinatra with lobster mashed potatoes were great. Our waiter was great and attentive. Not too pricey although we are used to California steakhouse prices. Give 'em a try!
Great steak. Perfect char on the outside, tender and flavorful throughout- and this was just the regular menu filet, not one of their features.
Our Family has been a CC's customer for over 20 years. I only mention this to show loyalty, not as an expectation for anything. My wife arrived and confirmed a reservation for 7 around 5pm. The restaurant was not busy, after 15 minutes our entire party had arrived. Several walk ins were seated ahead of us. after another 10 minutes and perhaps 10 new people seated. We were told "we cannot accommodate you" I have never, ever heard of such a thing, I am quite sure we could have been sat at 2 different tables or even waited as the demand a maximum of 1.5 hours for dining. Unacceptable to take and confirm a table, make us wait and then refuse us. Sad to say we are done and will spread the word that since Scott has left this is a sad, hollow excuse for what used to be a fine dining establishment...
Not being from Missouri or familiar with the area when we visited Columbia the 1st thing I did was search for a local steakhouse and cecy's broiler came up so we gave it a try I'm so glad we did we spent my 50th birthday dinner there and it was worth every penny yes it's a little pricey but the a little pricey but the quality of the Of the food and the service were top notch we had 2 Appetizers The scallops and the shrimp they were so good , My husband ordered off the menu it was a pasta with lobster and seafood sauce it was amazing I ordered one of their customs er custom stakes and I couldn't have asked for a better cut of meat the the service was good the bread was good the drinks were good the food was good everything was good I just can't say enough about this place and I can't wait to go back
