The chicken is really good. Better than other chicken sandwiches in my opinion. Plus I love the sweet pickles instead of dill. Small but different. Employees were nice. Building very clean.

Terrible service, guys were rude, the wait tooooo long and expensive small portions...champs needs to re-think this new convept store...all the best parts of champs are missing from this concept store! During the initial order at the drivethrough, we asked for a side of gravy, they replied that there was no way they could do a side of gravy. We then proceeded to wait a long time for our food. I went inside after waiting 15 mins in the drivethrough to check on our food, and then asked again for a side of gravy, and they were able to do it then..? the guy rudley said, yeah fyi we dont have white gravey or bone in chicken, just this brown gravy. I watched the two be rude to the cooks. Not friendly to us at all. Then it was almost $40 for two chicken meals?....insane,,,

Amazing Spicy Chicken sandwich meal! Added Mac n Cheese and it’s the best I’ve had outside of mom’s homemade recipe. The fries have so much crispy crunch to them it’s addictive! Champ was there this day which was also a huge plus.
