This location of Charley's is so far the worst I've been to. They have a tendency to short staffed. There is always one employee that is very abrupt, ill mannered, and rude. And they "close" 30 minutes before they posted hours. I will say that I have never had problems with the food itself, when they are "open".

Ordered large original Philly steak and the next best thing to getting it from Philly. Cheese fries were good but would’ve been better if the fires were more well done. Service was very polite and reasonably fast.

I use to love Charley’s when I was younger. The staff/service at this location has gone down hill recently. One time I went I had paid for my food AND tipped only to stand there and have the workers begin to make fun of a hoodie I was wearing. The last time I went I asked if the food sitting on the counter was mine and the worker literally just shook his head and went into the kitchen the next guy came up 5 minutes later and handed me my food. I’ve worked in service for years and I’ve never treated anyone this way, even the customers that are rude I never treated that way.

Very disgusting environment. Guy on the grill had very long hair, no hat, no hairnet not even a ponytail his hair was just in his face as he was grilling and he was sweating very badly! Very nasty experience and we still gave them the benefit of the doubt that no hair would be in our food and lo and behold a long piece of hair. ? will not be back unless they invest in some hair nets. And this food is not cheap at all for the service you get.

if i could give this place a zero, i would. the grill is nasty, the guys working the grill look dirty, they’re extremely, weirdly rude, one of em walks around just looking confused…just don’t eat here. save your money.

I don't normally leave reviews this bad but I feel like they need to change a lot of things. The grill was absolutely disgusting and kitchen was dirty and greasy. The staff had bad attitudes and seem to be very confused for the entire time we were there. It took nearly 20 minutes for them to make a Philly cheese sandwich and by the time they were finished the bacon fries were ice cold. Also they were pulling bread out of a pile that was just laying on the counter. It was very bizarre. My advice would be to just stay away from there.
