I didn't catch a waither's name, but she was really awesome. Super sweet. The atmosphere was very comfortable Everyone was very nice and the food was very great.

The food was pretty good over all especially for the price. We ordered the trip appetizer and got the cheese bites, chicken strips, and cheese fries. Everything was pretty good. The chicken strips were really good though, moist, cooked perfectly, with a brilliant flavor. The kids fried shrimp was bland in flavor and cold when we got it but that was the only thing wrong with the whole meal. We also got croissants with honey butter that were really good. The mashed potatoes tasted home made and were smooth but not too smooth to seem fake. The burger was huge and cooked perfectly but extremely greasy. Make sure to ask for extra napkins. We had a really kind server who was attentive even though they were extremely busy. She was always on top of our needs and the needs of the others around us. The restaurant itself was so loud it was hard to hear, there were several times where people were singing a version of happy birthday that was just way too loud, if you like that kind of thing though this place would be the place for you. I also noticed there seemed to be a full bar on the other side of a very cool fish tank and a very interesting ceiling fan.

The food took so long. They didn't have any clean silverware. The waitress needed two reminders to get me a sharp knife to eat my steak.

Ate ate 3:30pm, there wasn't many customers. Staff was decorating for Xmas. It took forever for someone to even speak to us, took forever for water to come. The appetizer were good. However the food took forever. My BBQ burger came out wrong. No one came to check on us to fix it get ranch for my kiddos. There was no manager, my husband asked. They then tell me they dont have any carnalized onions at all (this is a slow cooked food, should be prepped before opening or you shouldn't serve people charred onions that cooked for 2 minutes, this is not the same thing at all). Wanted to order chicken tenders with the hot honey sauce but after waiting forever and ordering they then tell us there isn't any. Its too late too leave at this point, my kids are hungry abd have a class in an hour. We haven't eaten out in 6 months, this was a special day after healing from medical issues and it was such a waste. I did eat my burger, it had burnt parts was overcooked, dry and tasteless. My husband ordered nothing because he'd been waiting for the chicken tenders for months....only my kids were happy that they got to eat but the kid burger was overcooked and dry too.

A very cute friendly little girl (Delaney) waited on me. She was exceptional. Her personality is rare in the service industry. She was by far the best, most fun, knowledgeable, and on top of everything server I’ve had in a long while. And, recently I’ve eaten in Des Moines, Dallas and she is the best. You’re very lucky to have her. Treat her well and she will have people coming back just to see her.

BTW, I had great food and priced very reasonable.

My noodles were undercooked but I did not send them back because they were super busy. Everyone else really enjoyed their food! So happy to see the Spaganya back though. Hopefully next time it will be good!

Generally like this place. Always had good food and service in the past. Currently they seem to be having some problems. One of our orders came out wrong. Took forever to get a replacement and it was not edible. Also took a very long time to get any food. Kitchen is having serious issues. That being said, manager was very polite about it and took off the bad food. Server was also very polite and apologetic. Can't fault the front house staff for a bad kitchen staff. Just be weary if you go. May end up waiting for food that is not as good as you hoped.

I was visiting my family in Columbia and we decided to eat at Cheddar’s. It must have been an off night, because our poor server had to tell us many things they were out of. For example, out of baked potatoes? Wow. Out of carrots, out of chicken pot pie she thought, but it turned out there was some left. We placed our orders about 6pm and we did not get our food til 7:15. My daughter-in-law ordered a burger medium well and it came rare. Our server gladly consulted the manager and they took the charge off our bill. They were out of some of the sides. Please let me say that our server Rayelle was awesome and we felt sorry for her because it was all out of her control and she felt terrible and apologized for our long wait. . It was not a great dining out experience. I am hoping this was a fluke and not their standard. But that being said, we will not be returning.

Ordered to go and they even gave me plastic wear thank you! I wasn't thinking of that! Excellent bourbon glazed Salmon! Cooked perfectly! Everything was perfect and Anna was great! Thank you, Anna!!!!
