“I've always loved Penn Station but had a great customer service experience today so wanted to leave a review. The store had a computer system outage a couple weeks ago and I received an incorrect order, so I reached out and they made it right immediately. And I mean they responded to my email within 15 minutes. Ive been going to this location for over a decade and it's consistently high quality with great staff.“

“The cheesesteak was flavorful and had the right amount of cheese. The fries were cold and must have been sitting around for a while. The restaurant was short-staffed which led to the employees looking visibly stressed. Overall, it was your typical experience from a fast food joint in a mall.“
