I did not wait long for a seat but was early for dinner. Received my appetizer quickly and my many course came within 10 to 15 minutes of my appetizer. Meal was fresh and hot. Wait staff checked on me frequently and kept my tea full.

Came in with a large family and they had no problems seating us right away. Service was friendly and quick. Multiple orders and all was out in a timely manner.
Chicken enchilada soup was not good. Chicken tenders and fries were good, not great. Waitress brought soup after 10 minutes but no drinks. She did not refill drinks and never brought us to go boxes. We will not be going there again!

We came for our grandson’s birthday. We were seated right away, but waited over an hour after our orders were taken before we were served! The manager came around to see how everything was, we told him the above, and he offered us to get the app to get a free appetizer. He was very nonchalant. We frequent Chili’s, but this experience was so disappointing!
