I always go to this Chipotle because of how quick they are. I always do online order so I come in get my bowl and leave, amazing service and amazing food.

I asked for pinto beans in my burrito 3 times but they kept asking about anything other than the beans. So I think whoever was helping me was hard of hearing so I felt bad and didn't ask again, but I low-key wanted the beans.

Waited 30 mins to be told that pre-paid orders take priority so l'd have to pay online and wait another 30 mins. Staff were rude when I questioned this politely. There were 9 people waiting in the queue, so even though they claimed to let people know they clearly did not. Lady with the brown hair and glasses cutting the meat for the event was particularly rude and interrupted when I asked another member of staff to clarify what was going on - there was no need. I understand you are stressed, but this could have been communicated more clearly / politely. Won't be coming back unfortunately

Chipotle is slowly turning in to McDonalds in terms of customer service. This specific one happens to be a great example of this. I’ve had many wrong orders through using the mobile app at this location and today was the icing on the cake. Not only was my order wrong but the worker decided to tell me (after I already paid for chips) that they were somehow out of chips. CHIPotle was out of chips. When I asked if I could get a refund he said to go through the mobile app. I tried to go through the mobile app and it told me to go through a local employee, which I already tried of course. I know that this might not be a long term career for most of these workers but I wish they showed at least an ounce of care for their job. If you want Chipotle in Columbia, do yourself a favor and go to any other location BUT this one. The other stores customer service still sucks but at least they normally get your order right.

They were out of everything I ever eat, rice, chicken, vegetables (of which they tried to play off giving me one pepper as a scoop) and when I said I would go somewhere else they still made me pay. Put a sign up if you’re out of that much stuff.

I place a delivery order today that was a chicken bowl with extra rice, extra corn, extra cheese and extra black beans with queso. There was NO EXTRA OF ANY ITEMS. This was disappointing. My guess is someone didn't read the order slip carefully. The queso was just stopped on one side instead of drizzle all over.

Super frustrated. Ordered food last week through the app, was missing my sides with the quesadilla. So I spent $20 on a quesadilla delivery just to not get the full order and was still hungry. My delivery wasn’t any better. DoorDash is a joke and for a company that preaches cleanliness and health, the smell of filth and smoke that came out of my drivers car. It imbedded in the outer bag, luckily not contaminating my food. Have to do better, overall reached out to chipotle and received a free soda which is an absolute joke in comparison to the price of food.
