Paying $8-$10 per burrito bowl and getting cheated on protein is a huge slap in the face to the customer. They jacked up the prices of everything and give you less food. Chip bags only 1/4 full, steak and chicken proteins are half scoops. Shame on this company for doing this stuff to their customers. I'll go to Pancheros from now on, they don't cheat their customers.

my order was 45 minutes late and i order to go and ahead. the people were rude and not
60$ got me two pretty good bowls.I was a little bent about the price but when I bit into my dirty satisfaction set in. The problem was when I went to grab a chip to dip into my pretty good bowl. It was the most stale bag of chips I've ever had in my life. Pathetic. 60$ and I get two bowls and some stale chips. I'd rather eat gas station food at that point.

Went to the store at 10:35 PM, was starving. Relied on chipotle for my dinner, got yelled at that the store was closed. I starved, and am very upset. There was a sign that said "New hours, open till 11 PM!" FALSE ADVERTISING.
