Chipotle Mexican Grill

The place was extremely dirty. Should have just walked out, but we didn’t. They were out of a lot of stuff, dirty dishes everywhere and trash overflowing. There were at least 8 people working! I got home with my food and found a hard piece of wood in it!! I’m done with chipotle!!!

Love Chipotle, but this one keeps running out of things. This time it was forks! Dear manager, run to one of the many stores you are next two and buy more forks! Walmart, Sam’s Club, Hyvee, wherever. Kind of important for a restaurant.

This restaurant is the worst Chipotle I have e ever dealt with. It's almost insulting how expensive it is now days and to get half a bowl makes it even worse. Then I get home and the rice isn't even cooked all the way. It's almost not eatable. The restaurant is disgusting with food all over the counter tops and floor, dirty dishes everywhere and they weren't even busy. When I walked in there wasn't anyone in line and only a couple people in the store eating. They are constantly out of food also. Who ever runs this location should be ashamed of how they are managing this place.

The prices are increasing and the portion sizes are getting smaller. I bought a chicken bowl and it was 12 dollars and was only half filled. They were light on all the toppings and the chicken.

Fantastic as usual. I am a frequent customer and this is my favorite location!

I cannot express how important it is for the staff to learn good house keeping. I give this chipotle a shot every few months to see if they have improved. The whole food area is a mess. And the ingredients looks almost spoiled from the customers perspective.

*Edit* after driving home. To eat the bowl. The rice was not cooked. Throwing a $14 dollar bowl straight into the trash. Will NOT come back to this location.

my veg bawl is completely watery. they don’t drain the mild salsa. for vegan , not the best choice. all meat and dairy items touching together with vegan items. go to other chipotle

Worst food I've had from a Chipotle in a very long time. And I've been to tons of Chipotles countrywide.

Chips were completely stale/hard. Corn wasn't cooked right, rice was watery, and the meat was average at best.

Hate writing negative reviews, but they earned this one.

They purposely skimp even after you call them out

I have been here 3 times and all 3 times we have came after our sons tball game around 7pm. They never have any meat. There bars are a mess. They either have beans or rice never both. And if they are advertising their promotional meat, don’t bother ordering it because they won’t have it.
