I ordered my food and a drink. I went over to get my tea. The ice machine was empty. The counter where the drinks were had spilled liquid that looked liked it had been there for days especially toward the back I got my tea started driving hone and the thought if it made me sick to my stomach. The tea went out the window without taking a drink. There's no reason for this

Tell Rick to stick to dish washing. That attitudes definitely not made for front of house.
Screwed up both of my orders and chips had globs of salt on them. This isn’t the first time at the broadway bluffs chipotle.
This place is ratchet. The employees were yelling/screaming. The general appearance was filthy. This is the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. I don’t anticipate coming back. We were in line but left because of the atrocious atmosphere.

They managed to forget the steak my kids build your own I live out of town. And of course they don't answer the phone to be able to correct their mistake without having to wait days for a response
