Lovely place for special occasions that doesn’t require you to call the same day for reservations. The food is fresh and hot. Service was great and attentive. Definitely will be back soon.

Food was great service strong as well. I am wondering why my card was charged for a reservation I honored. I’ve tried to call several times this past week it’s like the phones broke.

Food is good. They charge $10 person for a reservation which is odd (and unless you mention it, the fee isn’t deducted from your bill).

I went here to have a fine dining experience with my girlfriend and son on Valentine's day. Considering the price points of their dishes, I had high expectations. I ordered the veal osso bucco, as it is one of my favorite dishes. I don't know if this Chef thought he was putting his own spin on the dish, or if he was just drunk that night, but it was a sorry attempt at osso bucco. It wasn't really seasoned at all. It hadn't been dredged, or properly braised. It was mostly devoid of flavor aside from what I can only describe as a housemade 57 sauce that was drizzled on top. The bed of risotto that it rested wasn't much better. It more closely resembled A seasoned Kraft mac and cheese that had sat out too long than risotto. My girlfriend's and son's dishes were much better than mine, but still not deserving of their inflated price points. I've had better food at a third of the price time and time again. If I'm spending $360 for 2 adults and a child to eat dinner I expect excellence in every aspect of my dining experience. This place fell short by basically every metric. And this is coming from a guy that spent $200 for 4 ounces of wagyu carpaccio in Minnesota and would happily do it again. I would also point out that I was charged a 20% "large party" fee FOR 2 ADULTS AND 1 CHILD.Kid-friendliness: There were no kid options on the menu.

First time at this upscale restaurant. Great atmosphere. Service was excellent. Only complaint I would have is I ordered a medium rare bison steak that was extremely extremely chewy. Very hard to eat. Would not recommend the bison but everything else was yummy!

My boyfriend and I come here very often. I was very disappointed in the way we were treated! Normally, we receive the upmost hospitality but in this case we did not. Our waiter did not introduce himself nor go over the specials. He took our drink order and immediately walked away. He went to another table and introduced himself which I thought was odd since he did not take the time to formally greet us. After 15 minutes, he returned to the table with our drinks and took our order. In the mist of all that, he still did not introduce himself and we had to ask him his name. I can’t help but to wonder if it was due to the color of our skin but hopefully this ordeal won’t happen again.

Made reservations on line for Saturday night. They charge $10 per person at the time you make the reservation. This is taken off the bill when you pay. We both started with a Spinach salad. It was very good. One suggestion would be to take the stems off the spinach. It would make for a nicer presentation. My wife had a fresh snapper for her entree. She enjoyed the fish. I had the Australian Waygu Strip with Lions Mane Mushrooms. The steak was pricey. But, expected for Waygu. It was exceptional and cooked to perfection. I requested medium rare and it was spot on. a shout out to our waitress, Kayla. She did a great job. Overall a great dinner experience. They have a nice variety of menu options. I highly recommend. The new owner continues the tradition established by Chris McDonald.

Very average. We arrived about 5 minutes before our reservation time at 5:30pm. We were a part of three and jammed into an undesirable table, squashed up against a booth on our right and another table setting on our left. Both remained empty until we left at 10 minutes to 7. The restaurant was mostly empty. I never understand hosts that insist on seating parties at crappy tables in a mostly empty restaurant. The waitstaff was friendly, but the long-winded descriptions of the specials were way over the top. Blah blah. It sounded like a panel on a Food Network cooking show...the panko together with the soft texture of the sea bass creates an incredible mouth feel...whatever! Seriously, this is not a Michelin rated joint. Get over yourselves. The food took forever to arrive. By forever, I mean one hour. The entrees were Amish Chicken, rib-eye and lamb chops. After waiting for nearly forty minutes the waiter came by to apologize for the delay, which was apparently due to the Amish chicken, which "takes a long time to prepare." Why not include that piece of vital information on the menu? Odd. When the food finally came, we felt it was average. Not bad, but definitely nothing great for the cost. The ribeye was a joke when compared against a CCs Gary Steak. Not even in the same universe. While it was cooked correctly, it wasn't nearly as flavorful.

Great service. Weather was terrible but staff was there and did a great job. Suggest anyone try private room !

Ate here for the first time the last Saturday of 2023. Specifically went for the happy hour. I was expecting small bites of typical bar food but was pleasantly surprised and very impressed with not only the amount of food I was given but the variety of appetizers and quality of the food. I wasn't planning on eating dinner but decided to order the salmon with roasted veggies and the best scalloped potatoes I have ever had. And again the potions were huge. I took home the leftovers and they were just as good the next day. Will definitely go back.

We had reservations Jan 6, 6pm. The entire place was packed. We ended up shoved in the back corner with a huge table of people right in front of us. When my husband asked for a table, he was told, those people have reservations. He said we do also. She turned around and left. The food and wait staff are awesome but packing people in like that for us took some enjoyment away.

My husband and I went for dinner during Mizzou grad weekend. We knew it would be busy, but being a Univeristy town, restaurants anticipate it. They even had a condensed menu to streamline and prepare. We both ordered a drink, appetizer to share, and our own entree. Our meals came out a solid 5 minutes apart and both cold. My fish was cold but risotto was hot so as long as I mixed the bites it was fine.My husband ordered a steak, medium rare, and unfortunately it came out cold. We sent it back, and considering the price of the steak, we expected a full new dish to be brought back out. They brought out the same plate after throwing the steak back on the grill, meaning the steak was now hot, but over cooked and the sides were still cold.Manager came over to apologize and offered us one complimentary dessert - a nice gesture but not equal to the mistake.Do yourself a favor and take your $150 and go to CCs Broiler. Same price point but better ambience, service, and both quality and quantity of food
