Big shoutout the Paul the manager!! Very friendly and welcoming. I told him I’m Muslim and about my religious beliefs and only being able to eat halal food. It’s great to hear that they have vegetarian cheese and he went above and beyond and made the pizza, sticks, and others on a separate clean pan and cutter to make me feel at ease.
Also shoutout to Umberto and Carson!! When Paul was away I didn’t know if they would be as welcoming and they also did a great job! Friendly staff all around and I have been trying to bring my family and friends here as much as I can now.

Extremely Disappointed After 15 Years of memories in this place…
I’ve been coming to this Cicis location ever since I was little, and now that I have a son of my own, I bring him here too because my husband also loves this place. It’s been a family favorite for years — but after tonight, I’m not sure we’ll be back.
We were told to move after already sitting down and setting our things because “half the seating area was closing.” The part they told us not to sit in? Right near the door — where four other tables were still sitting and eating without issue. There were no signs, no chairs put up, nothing indicating that the area was closed. We were simply told we couldn’t sit there, even though everything looked completely open and available.
Instead, we were forced to move to the crowded side by the games and blaring music, surrounded by noise and people. My son has ADHD and food challenges, and I struggle with claustrophobia and social anxiety, so being herded together like that was incredibly uncomfortable.
When I politely told the young lady sweeping that we had just sat down and this was ridiculous, all she said was “sorry” — no explanation, no attempt to help, just a shrug. In all my years of coming here, this has never happened — especially not when the main manager is on duty. It’s honestly unbelievable how careless and unprofessional the staff were tonight.
If this is how they treat loyal families when management isn’t around, then this location has really gone downhill. I’m beyond disappointed, and I don’t plan on coming back anytime soon.

I used to eat at Cicis when I was in my teens very frequently. I haven't been back in a while as I live out of town. It was still awesome!! The food tasted exactly how I remembered and was hot and delicious. I hope it never changes! We asked for a Mac and cheese pizza and they had it out in no time and it was phenomenal! The team was friendly and respectful and they were quick to clean up! The restaurant looked clean and I absolutely will be back! Thank you Cicis team!

Went for lunch with a friend. A little limited on choices in salad bar, but suitable food for a buffet for this price! I made 2 trips for both salad and pizza/dessert and definitely was satisfied and got my money's worth 😋 Temperature is good, plenty of seating, clean atmosphere, easy access/location.
It was awesome the workers are nice an friendly very energetic the pizza was the best. Good job guys

It was very good, especially for the $9.99!!!! FRESH salad bar, Chicken Soup and Crackers, all kinds of Pizza's and drink!! You can't beat that or complain 🤩 And dessert pizzas.

So we had a pretty big group of people(and let's face it this place is no longer a cheap buffet when it costs over 50 bucks for a party of 5) and it was around 8 this evening. First off they did put out fresh pizza which was appreciated. Kind of upset my daughter that they had no more soup and shut that part of the buffet down already. My son and his gf ordered boneless wings and got bone in wings. When he asked what he thought was the manager about it the guy told him he wouldn't remake them period. But he also couldn't understand him very well. Then he asked if he could buy more and they made him go outside to find the cashier and then he actually helped and replaced what was wrong. Now this is how it should have been in the first place!!!!!! Well about a half hour after leaving now my son has been violently throwing up the chicken that was remade. Which makes me think they did something to it because they refused to remake them to begin with 😡😡😡 So thanks for the food poisoning!!!
