Como Smoke and Fire Reviews
Very poor service from the bartender. Didn't acknowledge i even sat down while taking orders and waiting on others that arrived after me. Even talked to the people I sat beside and still didn't acknowledge me. Inconvenient and out of the way but I made the trip there because the food is good. Ended up leaving and going somewhere else.
The food is excellent, the staff is kind, the vibe is fantastic! Also, I wanted to come on here and review because your gluten-free menu is incredible! On all three of our recent visits, the staff was so enthusiastic about us eating gluten free, which is not the normal reaction we get. Thank you SO much for the joy you are spreading through your establishment!
worst burnt ends I've ever had by far. tasted like pure salt

Como Smoke and Fire is a highly regarded restaurant known for its excellent catering services and delicious barbecue dishes. Customers consistently praise the attention to detail, friendly staff, and the overall quality of the food. The menu offers a variety of smoked meats, including pulled pork, chicken, and brisket, along with classic sides like smoked baked beans, mac and cheese, and salad. The brisket burnt ends are particularly popular, described as extremely good. Many visitors appreciate the generous portions and the inviting atmosphere, with one describing it as "one of the nicest establishments I've ever seen attached to a gas station." The staff's enthusiasm and willingness to offer samples of the burnt ends further enhance the experience. The restaurant also stands out for its gluten-free menu, which has received high praise for its quality and the staff’s enthusiasm to accommodate special dietary needs. Customers have recently praised the incredible fries and fried okra with okra sauce. The Cuban sandwich, while having great flavor, was noted as a little dry by some, but adding extra sauce helped. The Karen sandwich was excellent. Diners also enjoyed the pulled pork on a bun with loaded potato salad and the sweet BBQ sauce. Kelsey provided excellent hospitality and service.
