Very poor service from the bartender. Didn't acknowledge i even sat down while taking orders and waiting on others that arrived after me. Even talked to the people I sat beside and still didn't acknowledge me. Inconvenient and out of the way but I made the trip there because the food is good. Ended up leaving and going somewhere else.

I’d been craving hearty sandwiches lately and my husband suggested this place as I’m not normally a BBQ lover… we loved it so much that we’ve already been back three more times within a few weeks! The fries and the fried okra with the okra sauce are absolutely incredible. For takeout on our first visit, I ordered the Cuban. It had great flavor, though it was a little dry for my personal taste—I added some extra sauce at home, which did the trick. On my second and third visits, I tried The Karen, and it was excellent both times. But honestly, that fried okra with sauce? Chef’s kiss 🤌🏼 Highly recommend if you’re looking for comfort food done right!

Food was just what I needed after driving all day. Kelsey provided the perfect level of hospitality and service. She even got multiple opinions for a question I had regarding Columbia v Kansas City. Very happy I stopped here to dine instead of grabbing fast food off an interstate exit.

Been here a few times and still don't understand why it was ever rated best in columbia. Crazy thing, if you order a dish maybe make sure it has all the parts the dish claims..otherwise the whole meal tastes off..how was I to know? I'm not the chef and no one ever came back to check on us. I understand hiring problems but at least swing by and grab the drink order- especially on a searingly hot day. As always, get your own opinion, you never know.

The apps at this place are on point. The food is really good and the staff are very friendly. The fried green tomatoes are thick, juicy and the sauce is very good. The mushroom fries are delicious and thick. I've never had fried pickles like that in the best way. You definitely need to try this place.
