I’m a southern gal & love chicken &dumplings like my mother made.. sooo good at Cracker Barrel plus sugarless cornbread, fried apples all are fantastic ♥️
Food great as always! New waitress she said she been there since January! She forgot to bring the pecan pie that went with the Easter meal.
Really good food really understaffed.

My son and I went to supper at approximately 6:15 pm on Wednesday, February 27th. We were told the food would take about 45 minutes due to a shortage of kitchen staff. We decided to stay. The waitress was very attentive and did her best to apologize for the delay. However, 45 minutes turned into an hour and a half.
The food was good but not hot. Definitely not up to their normal standards.

I’m a huge fan of this restaurant. Been coming for years. But I wasn’t treated well tonight at this location. Yes they were busy. It was only me dining tonight. I was refused service. They said by the time they would get my food out to me they would be closing. It took four employees at the hostess desk to tell me they were too busy for me. If there is not enough staffing why is four employees standing around at the hostess desk laughing and goofing off. I won’t be coming back to this location that’s for sure. The restaurant could have had the three young ladies goofing off helping out in other areas of the restaurant so they could handle more customers. It was blatantly rude.

Worst take out experience ever. Making matters worse I tipped them 15% when ordering. Seems they lost the order, then threw together salads with half the stuff just to get it out after 45 minute wait past time they said to pick up. Ordered beans and greens……beans were dry and inedible, greens were cold. A few of the service people seemed to be understanding and some were actually rude. My wife asked to talk to manager and that took another 10 minutes and he was no help. As I pressured him he said he would refund money if we did not want food. As I was feeding g 5 people and we were now over an hour into this ordeal, I said we would take the food but he should be embarrassed to take the tip. He turned and walked away. Never, Never, ever again. Used to be the best and most consistent. Last few times have been bad. But this was last straw.

Been a while since we ate here. Decided to give it a try again. Disappointed. Service was not good. Food was not that good. Once we had our food, never saw waitresses again. I had to go up front and ask for drink refills. Had to wait a while for check. Food did not taste as good as it used to. Flavorless. Paid $51 with tip for 2 people. Won't be back anytime soon. Just disappointing compared to what it used to be.

On a busy Saturday morning, we were sat within 5 minutes, and our server, Camilla, was fantastic! She was attentive without being overbearing, and extremly friendly. She regularly refilled our coffees and even apologized for our food taking more than 20 minutes. Which we hadn't even noticed and just expected it with how busy they were. She made sure we had everything we needed. This was an awesome and pleasant visit. The fire going in the fireplace was also relaxing. We highly recommend Camilla as a server! 5 stars!!

We always love going here for reliably good down home cooking! I love the breakfast all day. The gift shop was a hit with the kids in our group! They have so many fun and unique items.

Our server Jordan must have been having a bad day, her attitude was rude and the service she gave was just above tolerable. She was so bad we didn't want to interact with her. Two of us got scrambled eggs and bacon that we couldn't eat due to not being cooked fully. The biscuits were well done nearly burnt. We could eat the fried apples, grits and toast. Upon paying the bill the cashier was told about this and she didn't seem to care. The whole experience was disappointing.
Wheelchair accessibility: The store is so crowded that an electric wheelchair is hard to maneuver around in.

Would be great if there was a door on one side or the other so if you driving a school bus, RV or other large vehicles you don't have to walk all the way around the building in bad weather.
