I ordered online so I did not experience the restaurant service, seating, noise, etc. I ordered to be picked up asap but as soon as I completed the order I got a phone call that I needed to do something that would make me late to pick up my food (I didn’t know how long I would be and didn’t want my food sitting). I called and they got my order pushed back. It worked perfectly for my timing. The food was packed and warm just as I arrived. Food was good. Salad was very fresh with a nice selection of add ons. I was there in the middle of the afternoon - 3pm so parking was not a problem.

I was loosing faith in cracker barrel. For the last couple years there service was falling and food was never timely. Today I went to the cracker barrel in Columbia and wow what great service 👏.

Went to breakfast. The food was very good and the service was great. Its always fun to look at the store up front too. So many awesome things. I bought a cute magnet.

Our waitress, her name was On. Very nice lady very friendly, she kept our so it is failed, kept asking us if everything was okay. And if we needed anything. And we appreciate her working on Thanksgiving Day. The food was very good. My wife ordered the Turkey dinner and I ordered the Chicken Fried steak. Place was packed, but they got us in very quick and got our food very quick.

I only came in to do some shopping in the store the associates there were very friendly and helpful. I recommend going there because of the store and overall cleanliness. I don’t know about the food, but otherwise I enjoyed shopping there.

I was traveling through here and have eaten here twice. First time I had the chicken dumplings and they and they were absolutely terrible. No chicken and nothing but lumps of dough. I'd give that a -2 star. But the second time had chicken tenders and they were great.
