Although noticeably slow the food is absolutely wonderful and the long night hours are great for me since i work night shifts and always look for something open I can have for dinner besides gas stations

The food is pretty good, especially late at night when not much is open. That being said, if I place an online order and it is supposed to be ready at 11:45 pm, I do not want to be sitting waiting until 12:30 am for it to be ready. I do not blame the employees but rather management for not having enough staff, completely ridiculous.

Slow as heck and food is a 1/10. Figure it out. gumbos is quicker with the building completely packed

Went once months ago. I was the only one there, employees were rude, and the canzone was tasteless. Obviously never went back.

Canzones were good but the rest of my food was too raw to eat, not sure what the difference between cheese and dough verses cinnamon and dough is but they should cook the same and not be raw dough

The employees are always so friendly and helpful! One of my favorite places to go and so happy that they’re open late for an extra dining option.
You’ve GOT to try the cookies! They are life changing! Thank you to the Columbia DP Dough Crew!

The fried Oreos got so hard as they cooled, I couldn’t finish them. The Philly cheesecake calzone was just very basic. Not buying here again

I ordered delivery, the DoorDash dude was awesome, the food however, was very… meh. This girl loves a good late night meal and I could not even finish this. The surface of the calzone was dry, dough was nothing to speak of… If I had to say bad or good, it would be bad. The ingredients did not have a comprehensive taste, in fact, onions were raw and fell out of the calzone when I picked it up… flavors didn’t seem to mesh. I was really hoping to find something to alternate with Shakespeare’s Pizza, but this isn’t it.

ordered doordash. door dasher diligently waited at the store for over an hour while giving live updates. the store asked her to refund the order after over an hour, saying they didn’t have a history of our order. I called and the manager was very condescending and tried to blame it on my dasher/someone taking my order. he said i had to get a refund and reorder instead of taking pasta cheese and chicken and slapping it together and making our order over quicklybto give to our dasher. i manage/have managed other places downtown… i would not have dealt with that situation like that. it was rude and not the first time they have had issues with their ghost kitchen
