Zylon had excellent customer service and even provided me with recommendations when I wasn't sure in what to order. He was also accommodating to my special requests and efficient in servicing other customers that came after me. Many kudos to Zylon and I hope that his managers realize they have a very personable, hard worker on their team.“
“Thank you for the Amazing customer Service. The evening crew& manager went above & beyond. my kids & I were treated with the true definition of Respect & Proper Customer Service! Sun evening right before closing time we stopped by to get ice cream for my kids birthday & were greeted with such great mannerism.
I wish I knew the name of the guy manager & 2 young ladies working so that they could get the recognition that they deserve.
The store owners need to know that they have THE BEST NIGHT CREW THAT I'VE ENCOUNTERED IN THE PAST 4YRS. I'VE BEEN in the Customer Service work field for almost 20yrs & I finally found a team that worked together, maintained professional mannerisms &made us feel welcomed!
