“Thank you for the Amazing customer Service. The evening crew& manager went above & beyond. my kids & I were treated with the true definition of Respect & Proper Customer Service! Sun evening right before closing time we stopped by to get ice cream for my kids birthday & were greeted with such great mannerism.
I wish I knew the name of the guy manager & 2 young ladies working so that they could get the recognition that they deserve.
The store owners need to know that they have THE BEST NIGHT CREW THAT I'VE ENCOUNTERED IN THE PAST 4YRS. I'VE BEEN in the Customer Service work field for almost 20yrs & I finally found a team that worked together, maintained professional mannerisms &made us feel welcomed!

“I like DQ, but don't go often because it's overpriced. I went because they were doing their Childrens Miracle Network Blizzard Day where some profits go the CMN. I went inside because the drive thru was so backed up. The employee name on my receipt said Coleman. She was friendly, older, and shockingly knew how to count change back (a lost art anymore). She was very nice. I got my receipt and tried to redeem my code to get my free dilly bar but the code wouldn't work because it had a zero in it and it keeps thinking I entered the letter O. Very disappointed would have loved the free dilly bar.“
