I had the pleasure of being greeted by a young man named Zylon when i went to this location. Zylon had excellent customer service and even provided me with recommendations when I wasn't sure in what to order. He was also accommodating to my special requests and efficient in servicing other customers that came after me. Many kudos to Zylon and I hope that his managers realize they have a very personable, hard worker on their team.

Food has always been made correctly and the staff seem nice but it feels like they're simply inefficient. 20+ minutes in line for a few cars and I ordered ahead but the front doors are locked. Maybe my usual dairy queen is just fast but I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes at other locations.
