Is it Grill & Chill? Or Chill & Grill?
So fast food is fast food, I get it, but my sauced and tossed chicken tenders were barely sauced and tossed (see picture). We had to ask for more sauce (had I gotten this in the drive thru I would’ve been very disappointed). The burger that we ordered was picturesque which I was impressed by as usually burgers are smashed together and they rarely resemble the picture as advertised in the least bit. The taste of the food was good in a classic Dairy Queen kind of way. I ordered a hot fudge sundae and they gave me a chocolate syrup sundae instead. I could’ve had them remake it like I ordered it but decided not to. The restaurant was clean and everything was stocked. They sell a nice assortment of already made ice cream cakes or you can order a custom cake.

Received my daughter's birthday cake with a handprint in the side, smashed into the cake box because it was so off center, covered in freezer burn, and charged more than what was quoted online for the exact design after taxes.

Immediately wanted to return it untouched, and was told that isn't an option and couldn't explain where the extra charge came from.

Eventually offered a 10$ gift certificate to be mailed for somewhere far from where I live.

Why would I go back to where you ruined my daughter's birthday cake after I paid 20 more than I originally wanted to then overcharged more for your inability to create what was offered on your website?

Just went by to get my free Dilly Bar for completing a survey. Counter person was very prompt, polite and didn't try to sell me anything on top of the free item. He brought one of each possibility (chocolate or cherry shell) for me to choose from.

Thank you for the Amazing customer Service. The evening crew& manager went above & beyond. my kids & I were treated with the true definition of Respect & Proper Customer Service! Sun evening right before closing time we stopped by to get ice cream for my kids birthday & were greeted with such great mannerism.
I wish I knew the name of the guy manager & 2 young ladies working so that they could get the recognition that they deserve.
The store owners need to know that they have THE BEST NIGHT CREW THAT I'VE ENCOUNTERED IN THE PAST 4YRS. I'VE BEEN in the Customer Service work field for almost 20yrs & I finally found a team that worked together, maintained professional mannerisms &made us feel welcomed!
To the young adults that worked on 3-2-25 Sunday after 9pm, I want to thank you. The store was clean & even with a line of cars in the drive through, you all still treated us with compassion.
Be proud of yourselves... Y'all deserve a raise. I truly appreciate the kindness we were treated with even when you were really busy and ready to go home!

Shoutout to dairy queen for generously providing the fossilized pretzel sticks ✌️ (The "chocolate" blizzard that was just straight vanilla was the perfect companion to go with them)

Legitimately, though, this location is usually slammed and you can easily wait 15-20 mins for food. Usually it's good, but there's a 50% chance you'll just get vanilla ice cream when you order chocolate, which sucks for those of us who hate the flavor of vanilla. Employees are definitely super busy and I sympathize with the stress of the job, but man, it's not cheap to eat out anymore, and if I'm just paying for pretzels with a high chance of shattering a tooth, it's getting a lil ridiculous.

I can at least recommend the cheeseburgers. Whoever works the grill has their life together

This DQ never answers their phone anytime of the day and when you go in the store they act like you are bothering them. FYI there are other stores to buy products from……

Always fresh and make well. McDonald's burgers look like they are assembled by toddlers, these sandwiches pretty much look like the Ad. Good job
