I will not ever be back. I waited 26 minutes in the drive thru only to have a $50 bill refused as payment for an order over $30. Never again.

Let me say this. The staff at DQ is outstanding. We have always got what we wanted fresh and hot. We are known at the drive-thru. I am going to say this I am a cancer patient, and the staff has met all my needs. Thank you. I love going after I get my smoke on. Peace out.

I ordered online and picked it up just as it told me to. I got the chicken strip basket 4 piece with fries and Texas toast. I went to my car got to the exit and realized my toast was just slightly warm bread with some liquid butter smeared on it, my chicken strips looked like chicken nuggets and my fries were barely done, nothing had crispness to it. I went back and the lobby was now closed so, I used the drive threw to let them know and he asked if I wanted it remade, I said "If possible?! meaning IF you can't FIX the problem then NO. Well he told me to pull around and I did. He took my food back in the window took it on the kitchen and did whatever with it. When my order was"done" again he came to the window and told me he got that remade and everything was fresh EXCEPT my complaint in the first place the TEXAS TOAST it wasn't toasted AGAIN. I was told it was close to or past closing time I don't know what time they close that's why I ordered it online before they were to close. The guy proceded to tell me the toaster had been turned OFF because of the "time" and he again pointed at his watch and tapped it. Needless to say I didn't even eat my dinner because the chicken was NOT fresh up cause I was able to eat a piece of it, the fries had so much salt on them this time I had to spit the bite out and my Texas toast was Texas bread and butter and the butter was not even warm. I debated on here or McDonald's, guess I will choose McDonald's from now on the dairy Queen on bus loop doesn't make all these alterations to your food based on the time...Parking: Bad spot to get in and out of

The Open sign. Was clearly on and bright for all to see, I walk inside and only then do I get told “lobby is closed” I then look on the posted sign on the door as I walk back out to my carAnd it said it was open for another hour. Staff was very rude not willing to help at all. Very disappointed

This was an incredible experience. The second I walked it I felt at home. I was greeted by the wonderful cashier Sarah. She welcomed me and stuck up a wonderful friendly conversation. I felt as if she had been my friend for years. She took my order with care and treated me like family. The food came out very quick and was warm and delightful! Thank you Dairy Queen and most of all, thank you Sarah!❤️❤️❤️

Clean restaurant... The Ice cream was exactly what I was craving. The service was .. busy and overwhelmed....under staffed and hectic, but not enough to deter my desire for ice cream!

We just came in for blizzards, and they were very yummy. We went inside to order, and it was relatively clean. The staff were friendly. I made my own Oreo blizzard, and it was delicious. Love how many chunks of Oreo there were. We also got the pumpkin cheesecake which was good.

I want to take the time to say "Thank You" to Ms Journey at Dairy Queen on forum. This young lady was taking orders filling orders handing out orders and even ran to let someone know they left some of their order Saturday night all by herself. Ms Journey you are an amazing person keep up the good work and you deserve a raise for sure!!!

I was just served ice cream (the wrong blizzard, I might add) with napkins that had someone’s blood on them! No it wasn’t strawberry syrup. This was absolutely someone’s blood!
