They can’t seem to get their order straight you order well done which we’ve done twice and it is floppy and looks undercooked. What a waste of money. Young skinny short Red haired manager with Large glasses kept staring at me with an unpleasant look. Order was around 1pm on Feb 6th.

I live in Columbia where there's several dominoes but this is the only one I go to because they are fast, friendly and very polite. Great customer service skills and they take care of their customers. Matter of fact I literally just bought pizza tonight from them.

Parking: They have a parking lot just for the Domino's customers the problem is that it's downtown with all the college kids so some people use the parking for more than just for Domino's.

Driver was nice! Extra Large pizza did not feed 4 people. Did not have Extra cheese as ordered. Would NOT recommend.

DO NOT order for delivery from this location. I placed a pre-order at a certain time and they marked it as completed. I called and the guy said that my order was completed which i explained that it wasnt. Then I overheard him talking to someone and that person said the driver clocked out/in and that it will be 20-30 min. I waited an over an hour called back checking on my order and i explained to a new manager about my order never arrived and that my apartment has a camera which will show no one delivering pizza from dominos at my apartment and he said they'll just re-make it which i told him not to do it just give me a refund. He said ok and that it will take 2-3 business days and that he will leave a note about my refund which i then ask about sending me an e-mail detailing my refund and he said he didnt know how to do it. So I shall see if they done it or not.

The driver arrived and was missing part of my order. He stated he would return with the rest of the order. Over an hour later I called the store and asked for a refund. They put me on hold because that driver just left the store and they wanted to make sure that he wasn't out delivering the rest of the order. He wasn't. The amount of the refund was just over $3.00. I think I'd have just refunded the 3 bucks regardless of whether the missing item was being delivered since it had been over an hour. If they had I wouldn't be leaving this negative review.

I work at the U of M and come here often for lunch. It’s been great up until the last month or two, however lately every pizza I get seems like it hasn’t been cut. It’s really frustrating getting a pizza and trying to get a slice and it rips the next two slices in half bc the pizza didn’t get cut thoroughly. Even went as far as to request “Thoroughly cut” in the special instructions (which I shouldn’t have to do in the first place) and even after that it still wasn’t cut worth a damn. A time or two is one things but it’s getting to be every single time. Perhaps retraining the employees on cutting the pizzas would solve this issue?

I ordered tots a brownie and a couple other items. I was surprised when the person taking my tats out decided to help her self to my food. I would love management to contact me. She didn't even wash her hands after. It happened on April 7th
