11/15/25 . Placed an order for delivery. I live in an apartment complex that requires a code for the front door. If a code is not provided typically the delivery drivers KNOWS to try the preferred contact method to communicate with the customer. I have lived in the same apartment complex for over three years and it’s right across the street from Dominos . I have never once had any drivers from dominos carelessly leave my food outside on the ground in hailing weather. I am completely lost for words. NO ONE tried to call my cell phone number to notify the costumer that they were even outside of the residence . I went out to my car and saw my food sitting outside on the ground. The delivery drivers name was D. I contacted Towne dr Dominos , I was transferred to a manager. The manger pretty much stated that ALL they could do is get onto their driver for doing a poor job. Once I paused for a second to take in what was said , the manager immediately hung up on me. It doesn’t appear that the delivery drivers who work at dominos even have a professional role model to look up to. It’s quite obvious that there are new employees coming in because in all of the three years that I have been ordering from dominos , I’ve never once been disrespected to this level. Who do you know would be okay with their food being left outside in hailing wether let alone outside of an entire apartment complex. I can truly say D and his manager on shift didn’t make a single attempt to make this right.

All I can say, is check amounts. They added a tip or something to transaction. I reordered to see price, this is not the price cleared from bank. I did not tip, since I picked it up.

I’ll NEVER order from this dominos again and you should not either. Robert (manager) and Jaden (child at the front) are horrible workers. Robert yells at customers and calls them stupid after he changes their account 3 times and fails to provide any proof the payment was declined. I showed him my account and how it processed three times . It even said “Thank you!” at the end when I pulled my card from the machine. I was persistent my account history did not match what he was saying. It showed I was charged. He then called me stupid. Refused to give any receipt or documentation showing that those funds taken would be returned. Even threatened a police escort to me in front of my minor children after I asked for someone above him. I never once threatened or acted in a fashion that would require the police. He attempted to abuse his authority when I am a paying customer and was only asking for documentation to back what he said.
Jaden wore his pants below his butt and his hat cocked sideways. No professionalism. No respect. Failed to know how to work his system. Possibly because of his managers inability to manager or train workers. I am truly in disbelief with how they take care of customers. Not worthy of your time or money. Buy pizza from any other store before you pick this location!!

Pizza was old and cold when it was delivered. Looked like the entire orser was dropped as the pieces were upside down and on top of each other. This is after there was an issue with the delivery and called the store, who said they woukd make it fresh and resend it. Of course I paid cash and tipped so a refund was not an option! I spent $60.00 for trash.

Robert was completely rude and unprofessional. Very rude from the initial convo. My son wanted a pizza and we made the order over an hour ago. He calls literally 5 minutes ago to tell me he didn’t make it a delivery order so we would have to wait for another driver. Before I could even ask him a question, he informed me that I would be paying $5 more for delivery and hung up. I then called back to let him know he hung up on me before I could ask if there was any way we could get a discount since it was his mistake and my son had been waiting for this pizza, and straight up so “no.” Just no, even though it was his fault. I then told him that I wanted to cancel the order, he was very rude and said he would cancel my order because he doesn’t play these games. If anyone was playing games it was him. Very very upset.
