Horrible customer service and horrible food and drink. The only way to get a refund is through your BANK! The manager and employees here are useless- same exact people as the southside location. I have been trying to get a refund for over a week now and they refuse to help or even respond anymore. Can’t wait to see this place shut down. Google the managers lawsuits in Columbia… he doesn’t even pay his employees HAHAAHA

They always put my donut just straight in a bag so all the frosting gets stuck to the bag. They have wax paper right next to the donuts for a reason, it's not just decoration.

Every. Single. Time. I come to this location they mess my order up, they don't listen, they are rude and overall it is horrible. Today I ordered a drink I saw on the app, i described exactly what I wanted and how I wanted cold foam. They put one tiny drop of cold foam that literally didnt last 5 minutes when I wasn't touching it. My cold brew, which by the way was missing the flavors and sweetener I asked for, was watered down and disgusting.

The drive through you will be last to be served they will take care of inside customers first Tried to order twice and walked away from us we had to start over each time no communication of cost for order they just ignored us and were just rude
