I visited Dunkin' Donuts and was pleasantly surprised to find that they had Sabrina Carpenter's drink available. Although they didn't have the cup, I was more than happy to enjoy the delicious drink(s). It was my first time trying dragon fruit, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I highly recommend this drink to anyone who loves unique flavors. Thank you, Dunkin' and Sabrina Carpenter for making this experience so special.

They will substitute your entire order (which it says nothing about on the app and they do not mention to you when picking the food up) and not offer you any kind of refund. Got a 50ct donut holes supposed to be half blueberry half chocolate and they gave me everything BUT those and didn’t say a word about the substitution until I came back to get the correct food. Didn’t get the correct food or any kind of refund, go anywhere else

The worst donuts I have ever had and this was at 6am when they should have been fresh. Over priced. With that said the people where friendly and the place was clean. Donuts though horrible threw over half of them away and I’ll never step foot into a Dunkin Donuts again be of the price and how horrible the donuts were. If you’re in Columbia and want a good donuts find a Yum Yums donuts are freak’n awesome

i didn’t catch her name but she had a strong accent , she was very rude and rung up the wrong item for me and my bf and when we told her it was wrong she basically said too bad and she wasn’t giving us a refund because no manager was there, my bf ordered ice cream and she did not wear gloves while touching it and when he told her he didn’t want it because she wasn’t wearing gloves she got mad and said we ordered it so we had to pay for it, as a former dunkin employee this is very unacceptable.

My husband went there at 8 am this morning and the doors were closed. At the drive thru he asked what they had and the worker would not list the different types of donuts available! He had to drive to another store. Crappy service! Why are doors not open on a Saturday and then you won't describe what you have! Terrible.

I ordered two ice coffees and it was more like milk.There was no flavoring to it.Whatsoever, I will be very dissatisfied with the to order.I got today.It was more milk things than coffee.You couldn't eat paste the caramel or the vanilla at all.It was more milk than anything.I'm very dissatisfied.This is the first time this has ever happened
