We ordered ice cream with a sugar cone. They placed a tiny scoop of ice cream on top of the cone. I asked why they weren’t filling the cone. They said their ice cream was too hard to go into the cone. What a joke. Not worth over $6. In hindsight, I should have just asked for a refund, as this was such a ridiculous waste of money. My child was very confused why there was only air in the cone and nothing to attach the ice cream to the cone, since they didn’t fill it. What ice cream shop is unable to put ice cream into a cone. Just a heads up I wouldn’t recommend this place for ice cream.

Very rude. When I went to pay the server had a bad RBF and anytime the server talked to me they had a rude tone.

Last week I bought five bags of original coffee whole beans for $9.99 each (5/$50).I went to Connecticut over the weekend to celebrate a relative’s 90th birthday. Next to our hotel, Homewood Suites, in Southington, Conn., was a Dunkin Donuts. All their 16 ounce bags of whole beans were on sale 3/$19.99, so I bought six bags (6/$40).I tried to return the five bags I bought at this Dunkin on Rangeline before we flew to Connecticut and was refused. The manager stated that, “Because this is a food product, we cannot return it,” and, “Because you purchased the other bags in another state, we cannot do a price match.”Is that what Walmart, Sam’s Club, or any other store that sells their products tells their customers when they want to return an unopened “food product”?And does the receipt state ANYwhere “No refunds or exchanges”?We buy over $100 of whole bean “food product” at that Dunkin Donuts location on Rangeline.Or we USED TO.

Going into the store, most of the employees don't really speak to the customer and are kinda rude. This store is constantly out of doughnuts and specialty items that they say they have on uber eats and grubhub.

I like to get my drinks inside of the cup, not all over it. I was in the drive thru and got my hot coffee with drips pouring out of three different spots. Thankfully, I had a wet wipe to clean my hands and the cup. I won't return.

First of all, I don’t need to list all the issues with this location as every other negative review is 100% accurate. My biggest issue about this location is the fact there is no donut menu whatsoever outside in the drive-through! We don’t go to Dunkin often, so on the mornings, I go out of my way with my three kids to surprise them with donuts for breakfast, ordering is the most difficult thing. No clue what they have, seasonal items, nothing. So I asked my kids what kind of donut do they want and they don’t know. Then they try to pick one, I have to ask if they have that, and guess what. They never do. They are always sold out. And every time I try to order drinks like milk, chocolate, milk, juice etc. for my kids, those are also always out of stock. I’ve also never seen an employee in the building wearing gloves at any point. I always feel like a huge inconvenience to them. Going inside, there’s never anyone else in there, so it’s very awkward and uncomfortable and bright and clinical feeling. It always seems like the employees hate that were in there because they’d rather be like messing around or on their phones. Last time I went, I got overcharged, but the employees did not speak English really so I had no way to attempt to get my money back. The hot food is always cold in the middle every coffee or latte I’ve ever gotten from there has been disgusting. I was so excited when they built us close to me, but man they really need to straighten this out and hire some good employees because I don’t see how it’s even still open at this point. Last time I went, they said no donuts had been made that day at all, but I could order some hot food items. Talk about disappointed kids at 7 AM on a school morning!

I don’t understand why it’s so difficult to run this drive through, it’s not even a busy location. For context: I’ve worked a Dunkin drive through at a much busier location. The employees are always rude here and they never get a single order right. A caramel latte is one of the most basic drinks there is but they can’t even do that. Most disrespectful incompetent people I’ve ever encountered. It really isn’t that hard, at the very least be nice. I would never Karen out to a food service employee but after a while yea I’m fed up. I won’t be going to any Dunkin again.

Arrived midmorning. Less choices available then. Need to get here early for better selection. Drive-thru was busy so had to wait a little longer inside for service. Donuts were good.

Ordered 2 plain and 2 everything mimi bagels for delivery on FOUR separate occasions. Only received 1 order of each in all FOUR orders. Tried to call and complain, no one ever answers the phone. Called and complained to corporate but they are just as useless.
