I have visited this location twice and dealt with the same man at the drive thru. The first time I shrugged off the less than friendly behavior as a person having a bad day. This time, I ordered and after every item, I was met with a almost irritated "what else" from the server. I think this is the behavior and service that is routine for this location. I watched this person give instruction to another employee. A manager? An owner?
Bought a donut and sandwich.
Donut was stale, forgot to give me my sandwich. Went back to get my sandwich and the croissant was stale.

Employee was friendly, coworker acted like we imposed on her to make black coffee. Donuts were $8.99 a half dozen and day old, not fresh, which is what we expected for that price. My husband has been drinking Dunkin Donuts coffee for years. He took a sip and said this is not Dunkin Donuts coffee. It’s cheap coffee. So, if you’re expecting to get your money’s worth, do not go here. They’ll sacrifice anything to save a buck. Very disappointed!

This is a very poorly managed shop
Their “manager” doesn’t let his employees give refunds… even when they mess the food up. There are so many great places to get coffee and breakfast other than Dunkin. Trash food and trash employees with a boss who doesn’t trust his own employees with the ability to give refunds. Do not waste your money on this place.

I ordered the new loaded potatoes at this location. It was $4 so I was not expecting only 6 potatoes with what looks like a drop of queso on them. In this picture I had ate one of the tater tots just to see if they were good and worth the price. But to me it was definitely not worth the price for what I got.

Same great donuts and coffee.Longer than should have been to get waited on (5 minutes, no one else in store).Felt like I was intrusive instead of a customer.

Love being able to order ahead on the app. The drive thru at this location is very fast and efficient. By far my favorite location.

Stood at the ice cream counter for about 10 mins before being acknowledged. There were 3 people " working" 1 lady was doing. Everything from working drive thru to taking care of the customers inside while 2 other gentlemen just stood around collecting a check. She needs a raise and some better help. I would give her 5 stars on service but the other 2 ruined the whole experience. If I didn't promise my daughter ice cream I would have walked out.

Employee informed that 15 minutes before they closed the aren't allowed to take any new orders. Posted times say they're open until 8pm, online says 7pm, get there by 645 or they don't care.

Been through the drive through 2 times the last couple of weeks and have to say the guy at the window with the beanie is arguably the most rude person ever.
