I waited quite literally 30 minutes at the counter and made I contact with the worker multiple as she countinuely ignored me to the point my girlfriend had to go on the app order there to which we waited again for 20 more minutes while they ignored the order and eventually let it sit in the freezer, after being completely finished, while we were waiting. To top it all off I come outside to my car being completely boxed in by a semi truck leading to me having to wait 30 more minutes for it to unload it's supplies and move out of my way. This has far and away been my worst fast food experience I have ever had. I would have had better service if a blind, deaf, and mute infant were the one behind the counter. This has truly enlightened me to see the vast decline in service quality and I am severely disappointed to say the least. If I could give this less than one star, TRUST ME, I would.

Got coffee in the morning. Wasn’t busy. I did a Mobil order and the worker gave us coffee with what tasted like no syrups barely any sugar, and barely any milk. I was disappointed

If you're coming here, use the drive through, I have never had good service with walking in, the workers are always on their headsets and will not serve you unless there is absolutely no one in the drive through (which is pretty much never) I've even tried to make it easier on them by just mobile ordering so it goes right to their system, instead, upon arrival, I found they had not started my order, and I had to wait about 30 minutes for them to pay any attention to me to start it. At this point I wish they would just make it fully drive through. Even then with drive though they will often get my order wrong and get agitated when asked to remake the way it had been ordered. Truly very little good to say about my experience every time i stop by this Dunkin, aside from the occasional kind worker, however they are a rare find

Nothing special servers are to busy on their phones Skype instead of attending to ensure proper orders.Not a fan when you have a mobile order and it's confused with someone elses.

Great customer service! I went through the drive thru on national coffee day hoping to redeem my free coffee with purchase. I was struggling with finding the barcode in my account to redeem my coffee. The lady at the drive thru was very patient and helpful as I fumbled through trying to redeem my free coffee and I really appreciated it, plus, I got my coffee 🙂

The staff barely spoke English, they had my order wrong. I ordered a Boston cream donut and they gave me a powdered sugar donut. I ordered a hot PS latte and it was cold I asked for a bagel to be toasted it wasnt toasted.

Bad customer service today. I had to repeat what I needed 3 different times and still didn’t get 1 item and they didn’t even apologize. If you would just slow down it wouldn’t be that difficult! I drove all the way here from Jefferson City, very disappointed.

Wasn't terrible, but I pay around $5.50 for a half dozen of donut holes that are just ok. I went to donut d-lite and half dozen there is about $1.50 and I think the donuts are better.
This place does seem clean and drive thru is fast.

Came through the drive through and my food was stale and cold not only that but when I asked for fresh food the manager said “that’s how the food comes”. Then when I gave the lady my card to pay she’s literally standing there on her phone. Like idk what you doing with my card.

Extremely Poor Service i.e. none at all waited at the counter for 10 minutes no one even acknowledged me. Just Plain Apathy. And the doughnuts were crappy anyway. Happy National Doughnut Day, I walked out.
