I got the Taco Loco with steak. There was no cheese. So it was super dry. I don’t know if they forgot it but on the menu it says it comes with it. I asked how much salsa was and she said it comes with it but when I received it, it was in a very small cup that was less than 2 oz. I was going to get extra cheese (since I thought it came on it) but saw it was $3 and the cup wasn’t much more than the salsa. I’m not sure if other places make the shells like this but they put it in the microwave and it was stale. Over all super disappointed. What has happened to this place! Used to be good!

If it were possible, no stars, I ordered takeout and told him it would be there in 15 minutes, the cashier acted like a crazy person and the cooks didn't pay any attention to him at all, as if they were the owners, the gentlemen didn't want to prepare my order, It seemed like they were working for free, I better left the place, the previous time I saw how one of them was chewing gum with his mouth open and was on top of where my enchiladas were, the restaurant manager should put more order and have the cooks more Pay attention, they must be happy making the customers' orders and not making their shitty faces that they carry all day, it was the last time I set foot in that restaurant. Terrible service.
Me and my friend walked in and the staff was very rude and judgmental. They stared at us the whole time we ate, pointed, and continued laughing. The food is good but definitely not a welcoming environment.

El Rancho fajitas with the vegetables cooked dark is our favorite and steak nachos and my son is the chicken chimichanga crispy!! Always has great hospitality every time we go there very good people!! Thank you for never disappointing us!!
