The gentleman who put my meatballs in machine that heats them up, had a set of gloves on that he was also using. For the red wash bucket and he touched the wash bucket with the same gloves that touched my food. Or at least the outside container of my food, which is a big no no. I was able to sit right here and watch them. Do everything.
The person who rang up my order.And took my payment walked away from the window.And once the other gentleman got finished making my food, he set it over there.To be bagged, and there was nobody there to bag it.
Then, another person entered the scene with purple and blue hair. And I still didn't get my food and her, and the gentleman that prepared my food stood there and talked for at least six minutes before any of them went to bag up my food.And I think the only reason they went to bagh.My food is because I kept giving them a look as though I was ready to receive my food and they needed to get it.And bag it up

Fazoli's was FIRE 🔥 Great portion sizes and after a 15 minute drive home, it was still piping hot! Martell at the counter was super helpful as well. If you're on the fence, give it a try.

Caleb was extremely helpful and made our experience one to remember. I will definitely be coming back just for his services, even though I live in Kansas. Thank you Caleb. I feel bad having to order to go because he made us want to dine in. I even cleaned my plate of breadsticks they were so fresh I couldn't help myself. HE GAVE US MORE BREADSTICKS AMAZING SERVICE

Never received the extra bread sticks we requested and their was a hair in one of our dishes. No extra fresh Parmesan cheese was offered either. Fresh training may be needed, staff gave a lackidaisical attitude.
We ate our lunch in the dinning room. As we sat down, we noticed the dinning room was really cold. It was 47 degrees outside. The air conditioner was blowing instead of the heater. When I asked to turn on the heat. I was met with the reply of we prefer it like this. The kitchen gets really hot with all the pabs of boiling water and ovens. There were customers in the dinning room with blankets from their cars trying to eat fast and go. Our food was good as usual, but got really cold. When I went to the counter to ask if I could get the district managers number. The manager came to the counter and said that she would turn on the heat. She wouldn't give me tge number.
I have been a restaurant/ retail professional for years. I would've been really embarrassed by this call.
I took a couple weeks to reflect on my decision to write this review. I would have rathered talked to tge district manager privately, but that was not an option. We will not be back for quite some time. We paid $40.00 for a meal we did not enjoy.

The food was amazing. I had the ultimate sampler and everything was great. The staff was very kind and helpful, always checking on us asking if everything was good. The store was very clean and the service was lightning fast. The prices of things were pretty aptly priced I would say; my $11 sampler came with enough food for a couple meals for me. Dining in, unlimited breadsticks--need I say more? They were delicious. I treated my mother to lunch and she got a senior combo meal that I didn't even know they had. Surprisingly good deal, recommend. There was music playing, but it was at the perfect level that allows you to talk to your table and keep the silence away. Thank you to the whole team working there, it was a wonderful experience! If I lived closer I would definitely eat here more often.

Normally waiting 30+ minutes for my order is worth it this time my breadsticks literally are soggy and I pulled them in half trying to get one out of the bag. Waste of my time and money, no idea how the store is consistently this slow
