Upscale fast food. Order at counter but has real silverware, and they bring the food to your table, free refills, you do your self and they bring hot bread to your table too, neat experience and way cheaper than McDonalds. Plus the restaurant is quiet, my parents could hear with hearing aids.

We were very impressed with this Fazoli’s. Most important was the very kind greeting that William gave us when we walked in. He was also the one who took our order and served our table. Not only was it evident that he was a great employee at this place, it was clear that he enjoyed serving people and being a gracious host. I certainly think that the management of this location should be commended for hiring individuals like William. While, they were others in the store who were also kind? It was very cool how William took care of our table and was an incredibly gracious host. When we passed through Columbia again, we will be stopping here..

Absolutely the worst experience ever. And I didn't even get anything. Didn't even get the chance to order with my family. The guy up front kept on turning around to look at the line that was forming to order and even say anything to us. Kept on joking around with the cook and manager in the back about who's fault it was about giving the wrong order. Notice right after the guy walked out the door. Didn't even try to go after him in the parking lot. Get it together fazoli's do better.

Ordered and a FULL discussion with the person about exactly how I wanted my food prepared (tortellini with red meat sauce NOT Alfredo and NOTHING ELSE). He repeats it three times to make sure he got it right and tells us to set down and wait and he would bring it out. After FIFTEEN MINUTES of waiting I go upfront to ask what the hold up is because Noone else is waiting on food. HE LEFT AND THE FOOD HAD JUST BEEN SETTING THERE. I leave with my order JUST TO FIND OUT THEY STILL GOT THE ORDER WRONG. The girl who took over did apologize but this is UNACCEPTABLE!
