Normally waiting 30+ minutes for my order is worth it this time my breadsticks literally are soggy and I pulled them in half trying to get one out of the bag. Waste of my time and money, no idea how the store is consistently this slow

I messed up and instead of a. Pickup I wanted a delivery.The guy on the phone was so rude to me !! I couldn’t believe it. He said he had no time to talk to me on the phone, but when I picked up my order then he explained to me about how they don’t deliver unless it’s through a app.. he could of told me that on the phone instead of being terrible rude!! He needs to be fired 😡

The reason I'm giving a one-star review is the girl in drive-thru kept giving me dirty looks. Her hair was down. No hats no visor no hair tie. I know I would not taken my food if I would have gone through drive-thru. I would have drove away just as soon as I saw her with her hair down. Because I do not want hair in my food.

The manager was so sweet and kind to my husband and I while we were waiting and couldn't decide on what to get since everything looked so good! I have nothing but love for the fazolis family and crew there! Thank you all so much for being so amazing and to the manager who was so kind to us, thank you from the bottom of our hearts! We cannot tell you how much we love to be greeted and treated as if we were apart of the family, kind words and good smile can go so very far for someone at that moment in time, and even for a few mins or fraction of a time.. you never know when those words or looks could make or break a person's spirit.. we are all human, and this fazolis team, made us feel so special! 😀😁🫶🏼 Thank you so very much again!
