From the initial coordination with Jay and the GM to the delivery of the food, their service was impeccable. They worked hard to accommodate our tax-exempt status and made sure all our needs were met.Fazoli's was an absolute hit among the students! The food was delicious, the portions were generous, and everything arrived fresh and ready to be enjoyed. From the savory pasta dishes to the crisp salads and delectable desserts, Fazoli's delivered a spread that left everyone satisfied and craving more.Overall, I cannot recommend Fazoli's catering highly enough. Every time I go to Fazoli’s the food is hot, fast, and delicious. The staff is always super nice/helpful and the prices are great.
Pasta (fettuccine) was ok, cooked to a good firmness, but the sauce was pretty bland. I've had better from a jar.Breadsticks were ok; also just very "basic".Counter person who took my order brought it to my table. Other than that, I'm a bit irritated that there is even a mention on the receipt to add a tip (I know, you can decline this, but it's contradictory IMO when you even get your own silverware, straws, drink and napkins. What are you tipping them for?)Also, I went in planning to just kick back for awhile, but it was a bit cool. I wasn't by a window; my booth was toward the center of the building.If I ever go back, it will be for a promotion, pick-up order, no drink and no tip.Parking: Plenty of spaces alongside the buildingWheelchair accessibility: Not automatic doors; probably have to open both doors to accommodate a wheelchair.

Last 2 times I've come to this location has been frustrating. The large guy at the register DOES NOT acknowledge anyone in line. Last time I waited 25 minutes before walking out, never acknowledged. 6 other parties in front walked also. Both times the drive-through guy was taking a couple orders, but mostly standing around, same as the guy behind the service window. A balding gentleman behind the kitchen wall was eating food. Both times most the tables were still dirty. This time it took 15 minutes to be acknowledged took another six or seven minutes to have our order taken food was delivered cold even after being rejected by a matured woman...for being cold. Please fix these issues.

My team mates and I decided to order a pick up order through the website. Once I got to the restaurant to pick up our order, I waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru. Got back to the office to finally eat, and my pizza is torn up and cold. I am really disappointed in Fazoli's.
