Firehouse Subs Columbia Broadway

I want to start by saying that I LOVE Firehouse Subs. My co worker always buys them for us for lunch. I’ve never heard of this business before working with her. Today I decided to order them on my own. It was my first time using the app. I accidentally ordered my sandwich without bread. I told the man at the counter & he went to tell the manger. They both returned to the counter with condescending attitudes. The manager was literally talking about me while I was standing right there. Then he tells me that he would remake it this time but I should pay attention. I was baffled because I knew I made a mistake. I had no problem with purchasing just bread on the side. I also never asked for my sandwich to be remade. I didn’t like the way they made me feel. It was like I was the worst customer and this was the biggest inconvenience. When my sandwich was remade, they slapped my box on the counter, didn’t put it in a new bag or even the old bag & walked away. I couldn’t even say thank you or that I apologize… so I just shook my head & said “great customer service”. I don’t think I’ll ever return again.

Can't remember the guy's name, I know his favorite sandwich is the thanksgiving sandwich, he mentioned he ate it almost everyday. He was very kind, VERY helpful, and I wish a lot more people in customer service were like him. He Truly made my day.

THESE FOLKS IS WORKING HARD!! Placed an online order today. Said it was gonna be ready around 12:25. I get there and sure enough there's 40 track and field athletes all there waiting on their food. I thought for sure I'd be there till 1. I got out of there at 12:26! Salute to everyone working there today?

The brisket sandwich was nasty. Fatty and stringy pieces of meat. No flavor. The cheese. What cheese? Barbeque sauce? About half a teaspoon. I used to get brisket sandwiches here all the time. This is not brisket!!!!!!!! $20 down the drain. We will not be back!

Going downhill. When this location first opened the subs were great, now doesn't taste as good and a fourth of my sub was just bread. SMH. Service is still good

This time I ordered the jerk sandwich. It wasn’t my favorite. But that was my fault for ordering. Great service and clean environment.

First thing you notice when coming into the store on East Broadway is the dirty tables outside, filthy door and all the windows. Overall feel on inside is not clean. However, the food is still excellent. I just feel it is not a positive thing for a business if it is not clean looking. It does affect business, I will probably try out the new one on Grindstone next time in Columbia. We have noticed the last several times we have been there, not nearly the amount of people in the restaurant. I hate to make all of these negative comments but it is one of our favorite places for a quick lunch, best subs anywhere and want to continue enjoying it.

Nice place have quick bite. Loved the food.

Parking: Plainly of parking but if tou visit during rush hour you may have to park a bit far.
