We had amazing customer service from our cashier, Billy. He brightened the atmosphere and made sure we got every part of our order correctly. His fellow staff were hard working. The restaurant was clean and the music wasn’t too loud.

Order my food for vegetables to be on the side only to realize when getting home that they only sent enough produce for one side of the sandwich with leaving only lettuce on the other side

I haven't been here in a year and today i remembered why... ordered to go amd no napkins. You realize when people get food to go some people have to eat in the car?? So thanks for the messy sandwiche and no napkins. Maybe ill try again in a year.

I went here earlier today and my sandwich was not toasted whatsoever. The same happened with my wife’s sandwich AND garlic bread. The toasted sandwich is part of the appeal of Firehouse Subs and it was completely neglected today. There are also no cut limes for the limeade. I am very disappointed with my experience today as I visit Firehouse Subs often. After today I am not sure if I will come back.

I want to start by saying that I LOVE Firehouse Subs. My co worker always buys them for us for lunch. I’ve never heard of this business before working with her. Today I decided to order them on my own. It was my first time using the app. I accidentally ordered my sandwich without bread. I told the man at the counter & he went to tell the manger. They both returned to the counter with condescending attitudes. The manager was literally talking about me while I was standing right there. Then he tells me that he would remake it this time but I should pay attention. I was baffled because I knew I made a mistake. I had no problem with purchasing just bread on the side. I also never asked for my sandwich to be remade. I didn’t like the way they made me feel. It was like I was the worst customer and this was the biggest inconvenience. When my sandwich was remade, they slapped my box on the counter, didn’t put it in a new bag or even the old bag & walked away. I couldn’t even say thank you or that I apologize… so I just shook my head & said “great customer service”. I don’t think I’ll ever return again.

Can't remember the guy's name, I know his favorite sandwich is the thanksgiving sandwich, he mentioned he ate it almost everyday. He was very kind, VERY helpful, and I wish a lot more people in customer service were like him. He Truly made my day.

THESE FOLKS IS WORKING HARD!! Placed an online order today. Said it was gonna be ready around 12:25. I get there and sure enough there's 40 track and field athletes all there waiting on their food. I thought for sure I'd be there till 1. I got out of there at 12:26! Salute to everyone working there today?
