The lady at the register wasn't the friendliest individual we've ever experienced. The wife ordered a small ham & cheese and that's all she got. A 3" long "sandwich" with just ham & cheese. The lady at the register never asked what else she'd like on her sandwich. I got the steak & cheese and that's all it had on it. The steak was cold and had no flavor. Overall a very very disappointing experience.
I love FireHouse Subs. There are 2 in COMO. My favorite is the one on Grindstone. The staff there are more courteous and attentive to all the guests, the sandwiches have always been perfect, and they seem to move a little faster. Broadway is generally busier, and the staff there probably can not be as attentive. Today at Broadway Firehouse Sub, my sandwich had the right stuff but put together sloppy so it was a mess to eat and they didn't even toast my sandwich (if they did it was only for seconds). Still, YES, ID RECOMMEND BOTH as location does have its perks and service is still great at both. Both are clean and it's great food for a good cause. Support your local firemen.

Walked in at 8:30 (they close at 9) and it looked like they were most of the way done closing the place down. The workers looked at me like they didn't want me there. Sandwich tasted like it was microwaved. I guess I can't say the sandwich was too bad (2.5/5). Overall experience: 1/5.

Threw up a Hook & Ladder a few hours after eating half a large, threw the other half away.
We come here everytime we come through Columbia since sadly we live in a small town with no Firehouse nearby. Firehouse is hands-down our favorite sub place, and this location is a great representation of the chain.If you've never had Firehouse, let me say this... you'll get hot, juicy meat inside of a soft white roll. I often have indecision here because I like every sub I've tried, but my favorites are the Hero, the New York Steamer (corned beef), and the Turkey Bacon Ranch.

This place has not been able to get it's stuff together for at least six months. Always late on mobile orders, and if you go in store, be prepared to wait 20-30 minutes. My advice would be to go to the other location, as I never seem to have the same issues there.

Ordered the Sub of the Day on Sunday (Italian) through the app and I like what I like lol so I asked for extra lettuce, mayo, and mustard through the in the special requests box thinking it'll probably get ignored.... but they did it. It was delicious! Thank you!!
