Flyover supported the bartending for our wedding and we are deeply appreciative! Everything was amazing.

Very nice atmosphere with super delicious food! Service was also fantastic. Went here for my partner’s birthday and it was nice! Sadly they are strict on omissions. We wanted to try a noodle dish that sounded SO good…but we don’t eat pork and they wouldn’t allow the omission. However, everything else we tried was delicious! Smaller servings so you’ll have to order a few plates. Definitely would recommend.

Food and service were excellent. We especially recommend the pretzels! The espresso martini was made with some chai syrup, giving it a delicious flavor. The restaurant was a little loud but the open layout is fun, watching orders being whisked away to tables. I used to work for Chef Adam's mom and I know Kathleen is proud of all he has accomplished.

We arrived at about 8pm on a Friday night at was able to sit at the bar immediately. Ethan, the host, was very warm and welcoming as was every staff we interacted with. Everyone really seemed to enjoy working there which is very rare. The bartenders were awesome! My wife and I had a tom collins and smoked old fashioned and they were so good. It was a lot of fun watching the bartenders make the drinks. We ordered the cauliflower (superb flavors and pairings!), the cheese pizza (the crust was so good!) and then finished with the cheesecake (very interesting pairings but so good!). I finished off with a coffee and cannot say enough about this place.

We shared the pretzel bites, Burnt End of the Line Pizza, Fettuccine Bolognese, and Thai Basil Chicken—everything was excellent. Great flavors and portions, and our waitress was fantastic. The only letdown was the smoked strawberry pistachio cheesecake, which had too much liquid smoke and odd flavors in the toppings, though the cheesecake itself was good. Overall, great spot and we’ll definitely be back for the savory dishes.

What a wonderful spot! Food was fantastic and great for sharing! Dishes aren't necessary served as appetizers or entrees but more of a food to share/family style vobe. I can't wait to go back!

The wood-fired chicken was juicy with smoky depth, paired with sides that felt bright and carefully balanced. Service was warm and efficient, and the casual yet stylish setting gave dinner a polished but approachable feel.

Found this gem while stopping over in Columbus, MO. Friendly staff to try and accommodate us at 9pm. We sat at the bar. We ordered the Bread and Butter which was a great start and a must try!

We ordered the Burnt End of the Line pizza and Midwest Carnitas. The pizza crust was so good. I was expecting BBQ but it wasnt, at least I dont think so. I cant pick out the layers of flavors. The Carnitas you had to take with each bite of silky sweet potato puree. Then the Lemon Pistachio Cake, oh have mercy! My husband took a bite and just said Oh Wow, one of the best, balanced desserts we've ever had!

Go! Eat! Enjoy!

This place was great! Our server was very friendly and helpful. I had the best pork chop of my life here. This is one of the best places to eat in all of Columbia.

I highly recommend Flyover. Reservations are a must because seating is limited (tables and a bar). The food is delicious and served family-style if you choose (recommended to order a couple of dishes and share, which is fun). The food was delicious, and the service was extremely great, even with a busy evening. It seems the whole staff pitches in the serve and deliver food/drinks, which is nice. A tight, comfy, cozy, and enjoyable dining experience. Again, it is highly recommended!!
